Happy to see Einstein Bros. In Wesley Chapel. I hadn't been in forever and it was in Clearwater which is now closed. I was surprised to walk in to see no tables and chairs which I would have liked, but that's ok. They are on the side of the street where the sun beams hard core inside so I took my sandwich and drink to go and eat in the car. I received a free egg sandwich offer for my bday: I was able to see it on my app and through email. I was able to pick any of the classic or signature egg sandwiches which was nice. I ordered a maple house egg sandwich and a mocktail. Both were very good. Everyone was very nice and my sandwich and drink came out fairly quick. I'll def be back now!

Your order will never be correct. So I order on the app for pick up and I can count on one hand how many times my order has been correct. The only modification I make is an egg white but for some reason they will not give me the right bagel. So today we check I order a plain bagel and got a jalapeño they remade it and I was an idot and didn't check before I left and got home they remade it with another jalapeño now you might be thinking they just gave you the same bagel back..... no they let me keep the first one so they just made it with the wrong bagel twice. It honestly exhausting to pay for something and it be wrong all the time.

I have had Einstein Bagels in the past. Since this was a new location, I wanted to give it another try. This a new location, having opened over a month ago. It is bright and airy. No tables and chairs to eat in, from what I can see. Everything was displayed brightly. The menu board seemed the same. And I was greeted with a nice welcome. I ordered a sesame bagel, toasted with butter. And an everything bagel with bacon, egg and cheese. I waited for less than 5 minutes. Not bad. I ate it in my car as I didn't want it to cool down fast. As I expected, the bagels were not my ideal type of bagel. It was smaller than what I expected and the flavor profile was on the bland side. Even with the butter and the bacon, egg and cheese, I couldn't taste anything. It seemed very plain. The texture also was too soft. There was no crispy crust on either bagel. I am disappointed with this product. The pricing wasn't better either. I paid at least $1 more for each item than a mom and pop bagel shop.

You don't have any place to sit down and enjoy your bagels and coffee. In addition, the staff could be nicer to the customers.

Whether I'm grabbing breakfast for myself or placing a large order for a group, the food is always fresh, delicious, and made exactly the way it should be. What really sets them apart is the people. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed with a warm hello and a big smile that makes you feel like more than just another customer. It's the kind of family-oriented atmosphere that's becoming harder to find these days. The quality of the food is always on point, and honestly, you can't make a bad choice from the menu. Everything is made fresh, portions are generous, and there's truly something for everyone. If you're looking for authentic New York-style bagels, great service, or need breakfast for a crowd, I highly recommend Zio's. Do yourself a favor and support this local, family-owned business. Once you've been there, you'll understand why so many people keep coming back. You won't be disappointed.

I walked inside and the girl working greeted me and asked what I was having today. I ordered a matcha with oat milk and honey and I also decided to try one of their breakfast sandwiches. So, I had an appointment in Wesley Chapel, and checked to see what was open early. Up this place came on Yelp and I was immediately intrigued: the cute donkey, the Hawaii aspect, the merch... let's do it! And I'm so glad I did! The morning drink menu was big... and there was a not so "secret menu" board that offered even more options-including the caramel matcha that I chose. It comes with caramel lava (cold foam) and a swirl in the cup. What a cool combination of flavors! And let's face it-I'd order anything with the word lava in it! They had some breakfasty items in a case-and grab and go snacks and a whole wall of cute merch. The clerk was so sunny and friendly-and patient with my first-timer rumblings. There's lots of indoor seating, shared with Taco Bus patrons-and outdoor patio tables as well. There was also plenty of parking, on a Thursday morning at 9. It's a fun spot to stop at when gassing up-or even as a destination on its own. Hurro your burro this way.

I stopped by later in the day, and they were basically sold out of almost everything which, honestly, is usually a great sign for a donut shop. There were only a few apple fritters left, along with some Boston cream donuts, so I grabbed a box to bring to the office during my clinical rotations and made sure to save one of each for myself. The apple fritter was absolutely delicious. fresh, flavorful, and packed with that perfect balance of sweetness and texture. The Boston cream was just as good, with a light, fluffy donut and a rich filling that wasn't overly sweet. The biggest compliment I can give is that the entire office loved them, and they disappeared quickly. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the whole place had that classic mom-and-pop shop feel that's getting harder to find these days. You can tell they focus on making quality products rather than trying to be a trendy chain. Next time I'll definitely make it there earlier before everything sells out. If a shop is running low by the afternoon, they're clearly doing something right. Hole In One Donut is a hidden gem, and I'd absolutely recommend stopping by if you're in the area.
