ZERO Stars! I recommend you avoid ordering from this store. I've placed two Uber orders and they cannot get the order correct? They tell you they don't have a driver and can't bring your meal after they deliver only 1/3 of your order?... There's no excuse to order a half dozen bagels, a garden, avocado sandwich and a separate bagel with Schmir, and only get a bag of bagels. They do not pay attention and they don't even try to make it right. I spoke to Charlotte, the Manager, and she said if I want to come later in the week to pick up my sandwich, they would give me a credit and I don't want a credit. I'm stuck at my office for a 10 hour workday with no protein Lunch. This is unacceptable. Go to the Einstein on Laurel Drive or any other Einsteins because they clearly cannot get it together here. Uber credited me for the missing food, However, if I want to eat a lunch containing protein, I have to place a new order from a new restaurant and paid all the delivery fees and the gratuity and the Service fee. This is a great little spot to get breakfast. I swung by here with some coworkers before an honorary service and we were able to get a quick bite at a reasonable price with delicious flavors. Being a big fan of anything pretzel , I sprung at the opportunity to enjoy a pretzel bagel, which I didn't even know existed with a generous serving of eggs, bacon, and cheese. I ordered a black coffee, which was bold and flavorful, and opted for a sweet treat to have after the service. The customer service earned this spot its fifth star, and I'm very pleased with their ability to handle multiple orders from our party at once without a single semblance of delay or uncertainty: they crushed it and did a great job. We ordered 3 beiges with salmon to go, when we came home we discovered that all of them where cold no toasted at all, taken from refrigerator and one of them with cheese was nasty and cold. Coffee is weak and no taste . We are very disappointed !!! read more

I eat at Einstein Brother Bagels usually once or twice a week because I like having a bagel and iced coffee for lunch. The staff is always awesome and my order is almost always perfect. Plus, they remember my name and act like they appreciate me as a customer. I appreciate that they have a 2 person table on the side nearest Fowler because I like watching the traffic if I am by myself. But, I also appreciate it because I often see friends who come to the same place and sit with me to catch up while we are eating lunch. There is always nice music playing in the background but it is never so loud that we can't hear each other. My friends usually like the bagel sandwiches and are also appreciative of the service. We also appreciate that, at the end of the work day, Einstein's sends the leftover bagels out to a place that serves people who are homeless and those who are food insecure and otherwise in need. I appreciate a business that is not only serving customers like me who can afford to buy myself and my family and friends a meal but who will also serve those in need. read more

I'm giving a four star review based on two visits to this location. The customer service provided was good. I found the shop to be clean except for the ceiling. The ceiling had lots of dustballs. I noticed them as soon as I walked in. My sandwich that I ordered was a nova lox with plane bagel. I paid roughly $10 and I was a bit underwhelmed by it due to the size and then the price of it. I decided to order bagel sandwiches on the app. I specifically ordered my everything bagel with egg and sausage AND NO CHEESE!!!!!!!! I get to the store to pick up my order and thankfully I checked my order. Well it's a very good thing I did because as always, my order was WRONG AGAIN AND THERE WAS CHEESE ON MY SANDWICH. Accessibility Einstein Bros. Bagels in a big complex and there is a plenty of parking spaces in the lot. So one can park the car in the parking lot and can directly go to Einstein Bros. Bagels. Service and Food When you enter Einstein Bros. Bagels you can directly see the menu on walls and from different options of bagels and coffee can decide what you will like to have. I ordered the bagel and coffee. I chose Caramel Cold Brew and Avocado Veg Out Bagel. I got my order in 5 minutes with both bagel and coffee. The coffee was freshly brewed with hot coffee. The avocado bagel was delicious and bagel plus coffee was a great combination that i needed. Amazing bagels with great coffee definitely makes a day better. read more

Came in on a Friday morning around 9:30 and was surprised to find the parking lot was very empty. However, there were a few people eating inside. My son opted for the bagel with Nova lox and a fresh squeeze orange juice ($13 for both). I ordered a bagel with lox cream cheese but they were out of it. That was a bummer because it is difficult to find places that offer lox cream cheese. I settled for my everything bagel with onion and chive cream cheese. We ate our bagels within a few minutes and went on our way to tour the college. Great little pit stop before going to Busch gardens or on campus. read more

We are trying their lunch instead of breakfast here. Just want to see how it was incomparable to many breakfast place serve lunch. The store location located in a very busy plaza during lunch. All this due to many restaurants are at the same plaza. Parking is a challenge during lunch. The line was not long and we got our order in rather quickly. Many have come to here for take out. The food also come out quick. I got the jalapeño cheese bagel with egg, bacon and cheese. The food come out warm. I was thinking if I am eat here, I would at least get temperature hot sandwich. Not so. I like their ice coffee. I got the vanilla sweet cream cold brew. The size compared with the price to paid is at the high size. Good coffee. Overall experience is a par. I'm not big bagel guy, but this place is decent. They make a certain amount of each bagel and once they finish, thats it for the day. The bagels are soid, better than store bought ones, but not as good as Bagels Plus. However, they have a lot more options for breakfast egg centric sandwiches and lunch sandwiches. My favorites include: Chocolate Chip , Green Chilli, Pumpkin Walnut(seasonal) They have good coffee imo. IMO one of the best chain restaurant coffees along with Dunkin. Starbucks basic coffees are taste like battery acid mixed with Varnish. I would recommend the Vanilla Hazelnut. My favorite is their seasonal Winter Blend which has a very strong cinnamon taste. Its best when the weather is cold (rare in Tampa). Customer Service is hit and miss here. Sometimes I get my stuff early sometimes not. Also, they are sometimes slow to refill the coffee and milk/creamer carafes. One day I really wanted some Winter Blend. The dispenser was empty and I asked an employee to refill it (The store was basically dead with me and 1 other customer. Yet it took 45 minutes to get them to do it. Lame Bagel/cream cheeses are around $3.50 and egg sandwiches are around $5.50. Overall: Solid breakfast joint if youre in the USF area. read more

This morning I have a Farmhouse Sandwich and I customized it lol and pretty much made a whole new sandwich. By the time I was done paying and walking over to the side the young man was walking over with my sandwich! I was a little skeptical because it was so quick. By the time I made it to work and unwrapped it, it was still nice and warm. We come here on a regular basis. It's always really busy, but the staff and the manager always makes sure that the line moves quickly and that the order is correct. Today we ordered the Nova Lox and a cinnamon sugar bagel, and they were both delicious. Place is dirty, floors in the dining area dirty, tables are dingy dirty, bathrooms have urine all over the floor in front of the urinal and are in general, filthy (read other reviews about the bathrooms), windows are dirty, the place in general needs a shut down and scrubbing. Covid is probably the least of the germs in this place. Stuff is piled up all over tables next to the service counter. This is a chain? Where are the corporate standards? I got a Bagelrito. Obviously microwaved. It was as tough as the bottom of my shoe. I ate it, but just because I had paid for it. Was not good. The spouse ordered the the Avocado veg out but didn't get that. I've been to EBBs around central Florida and this is not one of the better places. The location is great; so much so that you'd think this one of of their top stores but it's pretty meh. For starters I can never tell which way you're supposed to enter. You'd think it'd be to the right but once when it was dead they told me to go to the other side. Now it's busy and everyone is going to the right. Despite only two people ahead of me in line it was still a good 5ish minute wait. I ordered a blueberry bagel toasted with butter. If they did toast it it was the lightest possible setting. I think they just ran it through a warm room. And it's coated in a massive slab of butter (see photo). Last time I was here I ordered an iced coffee and the cashier offered me a flavored shot. This time she did not. The coffee bar is also very messy and the three creamer carafes are always empty! WTF. The entire restaurant is rather messy - crumbs and used napkins and newspapers everywhere. The manager needs to hire more help if they can't keep it clean. My wife stopped in for Breakfast because we were craving for a nice Bagel Breakfast. I was impressed how the formulate their food compared to their competition. They crack real eggs and cook them fresh!! WOW! Other places heat up their frozen eggs and use pre-cooked products for their Sandwiches. Everything was tasty and the Coffee was great! I went to this place this morning for the very first time and was greeted almost the minute I walked in the door. The two people that were at the register this morning were insanely nice. I told him is my first time there and they start asking me questions about what I would like and let me order from the lunch menu. Which was nice because I was going to need to buy it anyway. I got a dark roast coffee and it is amazing. The only downfall is for the dairy they only have cream or 2%. There wasn't any skim available and there wasn't any soy or almond either. I will definitely be returning here! Everything on the menu looks amazing and the restaurant is very clean. They do have a rewards program but the cashier didn't tell me about it I overheard her asking two other people if they were part of it. So I will be downloading that app today read more

I have visited this Einstein twice but I am not likely to visit again. For all the complaints that we make about chains, a good chain should offer consistency and the ability to anticipate an acceptable quick meal. This particular location fails in my opinion. Twice now, I have gotten old, burned, bitter coffee and a heavy, greasy breakfast sandwich (no meat so we cannot blame the meat for the grease!). My husband literally dragged me in to Einstein Bagels as I'd yet to eat a bagel close to anything NY offers and if you've had a NY bagel then you know what I'm talking about. At first sight I saw the loveliest array of specialty bagels and I started to get hungry so on a whim I ordered the Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich - no eggs for me - and waited to dive in. I shopped at Trader Joe's for a while and after getting back to our car I took one bite into this decadent Cheddar Jalapeño Gourmet Bagel with the most delicious smoked beef brisket and cheddar with smoky chipotle aioli and I asked my husband with a mouthful, to turn around and head back to Einstein's. I explained to his puzzled expression that this sandwich was so delicious that I had to have another for my lunch break at work the next day. And that is how Einstein Bros. Bagels became an overnight fav of mine. Whenever I am craving a good bagel, I always go to Einstein's. There is no other around that compares. The bagels are so light, airy and fresh. There is a large variety to choose from as well as the cream cheese schmears to go with it. And not mention I love the nova lox. The saltiness of the capers the smokiness from the salmon and the sweetness of the cream cheese combined with the bagel of your choice, tomato and fresh red onion is perfect for that afternoon snack. read more

With several unique bagel options like spinach florentine and cinnamon sugar, this a great place to go for bagels. But bagels are just the beginning. They also serve good coffee and several non bagel options. I recently had a breakfast sandwich on spinach florentine and true to the Einstein name, it was breakfast enlightenment. It's very seldom that I'm upset with the way someone prepares my bagel and iced coffee, but the Einsteins off of Fowler and 50th did it. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a garlic bagel and an iced coffee. I was looking forward to making my iced coffee myself, as I usually do, but the cashier insisted that they give me the iced coffee from behind the bar. They charged me $3.48 for a coffee that I took two sips of (it was cold brew, I would've preferred to pour the hot coffee over ice because the cold brew was so gross), I usually pay around $2 for my iced coffee at einsteins. Mine and my boyfriend's bagel were both burnt, we spent over $20 on two iced coffees and bagel sandwiches. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this Einsteins. read more
