I hate to have to write this but the service and the employees at this place are horrible! How is it that you have 3 employees working at the most busy hours or how is it that nothing seems to be in order! It's a business and it handles food! I ordered a bagel. Toasted with cream cheese. An order that sounded like mine was called out after waiting 15 mins... it was handed to someone that claimed it was theirs. The man hands it back after holding it for 5 mins.... I'm still waiting for mine.... I go up to the counter and say politely. I've been waiting for my order for quite some time. When the employee behind the counter hands me the bagged bagel that the other man was holding. He says this is yours... my once warm and toasted bagel was not only cold but it was held by someone else then left on the counter until I claimed that I didn't have my food yet. Some change has occur at this place to switch from great service to mediocre. I have been visiting this location for over 12 years. Lately I have noticed a change from what use to be a very friendly staff and fast/quick service to a not so friendly staff with a don't care attitude. Also the outside upkeep of tables and readily available coffee is no longer there. Shame since this used to be a great place to go for bagel and coffee. read more

I'm used to Einstein having bad service based on the experiences I used to have at the Hollywood location so this was no surprise. Consistently slow service and a lack of knowing what's going on at this location. I thought the first time it took 20 min to get one breakfast sandwich was a fluke so I tried again. After another 20 min wait and watching at least 3 orders after me come up first I've determined it must be commonplace. Much better bagel shops nearby so no worries for me but they need to shape up. read more

I've been coming here for awhile to pick up bagels for my family. On occasion, I'll eat in and grab a coffee. This place is conveniently located and the actual bagels are good, but that's pretty much all it has going for it. The store is not the cleanest, the employees seem less than thrilled and really don't go out of their way. The coffee is meh. It's not really ever super hot, and sometimes is bitter. Bitter to the point where I have to put a lot of sugar in it. Defeats the purpose, no? Even the tables located outside are dirty. Right next to it is Raw Juce, and their outside tables are very clean. Like I said, good bagels but it stops there. read more

Yet another bad review for this store. Always the same problems. They sell bagels and they open at 5 am, we call early and they always have an issue handling our order."The baker was late today", "The oven is not working " one excuse after another. We only want 4 dozen bagels sliced in a bag. How hard is that order? Same order twice a week. How are they not able to have the order ready at 6 am? I went there today at 1:00pm. Their bagel selection was very slim, only a handful left for sale. I tried to buy lox, cream cheese and the remaining 4 everything bagels.. get this, they wouldn't allow me to buy the last 4. They said they. Plus only sell me 2 or 3 because it would be unfair to anyone that might come in and want one!! I spoke to the manager and told her that was a TERRIBLE way to run a business I basically told her she took take her bagels, Liz and cream cheese and shove it up her a$$. The real problem is that they made a mistake of not making enough of any bagels as they were out of nearly everything. Also, if she had been intelligent enough to realize that the breakfast and lunch was was over, and by dinner, those bagels would be old and they'd have fresh ones made by then. Worst Einstein Brothers I have ever been. This is my second time and could not believe the customer service. Will never be back.

The service here is ridiculous! When we walked in it was not very busy, however it took longer than expected to be acknowledged. When we were they asked us to order at the other register and as we did we were then asked to go back to the other register to complete our order. I ordered a cinnamon begal with cream cheese and my boyfriend ordered a sesame seed begal with butter, they ended up giving us both with cream cheese and then replaced his with more butter than begal. Needless to say it was awful. We then waited an additional 5 minutes with begals in hand for our drink order, a chi latte and iced coffee. The chi latte was wonderful, however the iced coffee was overly sugared and not mixed well. The chocolate syrup stayed stuck to the bottom of the cup even after vigorous shaking. We will be choosing a different Einsteins next time. read more

Want to screw up 2 bagels and a coffee? Come to this store! I repeated 3 times to the cashier which bagel I wanted and of course I got the wrong one, charged for a side and didn't have decaf or half and half 10 minutes after my bagel was ready. Flavored coffee was also absent. 4 staff total for a Sunday morning is ridiculous, consequently trash is full and employees are overwhelmed. Customer Service at an all time worse. Of course the food is great but the place is an outdated DUMP! Spider webs on the roof and the ceiling is falling apart. Rude young girl in the front thinks she owns the place. They run out of common items all the time. Machines for frozen drinks are often "broken" due to lazy staff. read more

This Einstein's is not bad. Slicing a dozen bagels for each customer can take a little bit which is why most people say it takes forever to order. Staff are generally friendly, so if you want a bagel/coffee and have time to wait in line in the morning (especially on weekends), this is one of the places in Weston to go. read more

It is always a challenge to come into this Einstein Bagel shop, I have lived in this Weston area for 20 years and remember when this Bagel shop opened and when it wasn't a challenge to come here and be served. Dropped in to try to grab a quick lunch. The girl working in the front was clueless and unprofessional. When I walked over to get coffee there was spilled drinks on counter in beverage area. I mistakenly waited until I left to sip coffee and realized the coffee was stale and Luke warm at best. The sandwich sucked, I took 1 bite and threw it out. Wow, is all I have to say about this place! Service is lacking for sure. I ordered a bagel dog for my child. The server burnt it. I touched it to see how hard it was and knew I wasn't giving it to my child so I asked for another one which came out perfect in the microwave. The lady next to me apparently ordered the bagel dog and the server asked her is she wanted it and she proceeded to take it but I informed her that I had just touched it. Luckily, she asked for another one. Then the server took the bagel dog that neither one of us was going to take and started eating it behind the counter. There was only two employees at a 1230pm rush so I had to continue to wait for my coffee that I ordered. My hubby is a director of food service for a very large university so we kind of know quality when we see it. My children and I will not be back until they fixed their problems. I go to this Einsteins on Saturday mornings after running with FIT (running club). It's usually very busy but the line moves quickly and the food comes out fairly quick considering how many people there are. I usually order the egg sandwich with ham and Swiss and it tastes great! They also offer bottomless coffee which is a nice treat if you are eating there. read more

Not terrible but there are plenty of other close alternatives are around. For me, the worst part is if you plan on going there after 1230 they are always short on their bagel selection. Last weekend they literally only had a dozen bagels left which were not even plain. It's obvious the goal is to end up with zero bagels at the end of the day but their hours are long enough that they should keep a regular stock of bagels until at least an hour before closing. Unfortunately, I have never felt so discriminated upon as I was on the morning of January 9th by Felecia, the supervisor at the Einstein Bagels on Weston Rd. When I arrived there was 2 people in front of me in the line. Normally you order in one register and pay in the other. However, in the event that there is no one manning the first register you can order and pay at the second register. So my line all moved towards the second register since there was no one manning the first one taking orders. As I was about to be the next person to be served, Patty (an employee) decides to attend the first register while skipping myself and a young child behind me. I told the young lady (Jill) at the second register that I was being skipped, and she said it's OK I will take care of your order. Well next thing I know the same server Patty comes over to my register to serve the man that appeared to be a regular at that store with a gift card. Not only did they skip me once, but then they had the disrespect to try to do it again at my register. I was served and then they tried to skip the young child behind me also in order to serve their regular customer. I voiced that he was being skipped and she (Patty) stated that she thought he was my child, but she never asked. So needless to say they helped him. I was then waiting for my Bakers Bundle to be done and the box just sat there empty as they helped other people. I then went to the beginning of the line again to ask why my order was not being attended to. The very nice young lady (Jill) did her best to try to assist and console me, but frankly by then I was ready to explode. I requested to speak with a Supervisor, which is when my entire attitude and the service went even more South than it was. First, allow me to state that Felecia should NOT BE IN A MANAGERIAL OR SUPERVISORY position. She is RUDE, CONDESENDING AND DOES NOT LISTEN OR CARE TO LISTEN TO THE ISSUE OR THE CUSTOMER. She proceeded to not even have the respect of listening to me and look at me. The entire time I was trying to tell her the issue she was more interested in looking at the lines that the store had. I asked her to give me the respect of looking at me and listen to me and her response was that she had other customers to attend. I ask her if she felt that i was being treated fairly and correct...Her response was "yes" and she continued to annoyed me the customer. She also felt the need to tell me to not bring my puppy in the store again, although there was no problem with my puppy initially when i walked in. In fact the girls were admiring her and until Felecia had an issue with me, nothing was mentioned. It felt like she just needed to have something to throw in my face...the customer. I then told her that i would NEVER be going back to that store and to please cancel my order. She then took my receipt and NEVER EVER apologized for the issue and handed me the money. I asked her if there was a phone number that I could call and without even acknowledging me by giving me respect of looking at me she (Felecia) said rudely "it's on the receipt".... Needless to say I could have gone anywhere for bagels and pastries that morning and I unfortunately picked Einstein Bagels in Weston....but Thankfully I will NEVER BE MAKING THAT MISTAKE AGAIN. This place is so inconsistent. Half the time its great other times I sit there shaking my head wondering what I was thinking ordering from this place. Ordered the Tasty Turkey on a Asiago Bagel, for one there was no Asiago on the bagel, had to ask if it was a plain bagel, but they assured me it wasn't, then once sitting down to eat, the lettuce had many dark brown spots and was very wilted, the cucumber was water logged, it had no cream cheese...it was just bad overall. Think i'll stay away from this location for a while. On a up-note my husband said his egg and cheddar bagel was pretty good. read more

The bagels are good if you're looking to eat them right away, otherwise I do not suggest bringing a dozen home. Be prepared for horrible customer service.
