Great ice-cream and cute concept. Lots of ice-cream for the price. Not your typical vanilla ice-cream flavor definitely worth a try

How is this place not packed for weekend brunch??? The goetta & egg tots are delicious! The breakfast flatbreads, also yummy AF! And the Bloody Mary's are perfect - simple and tasty. Cannot recommend this hidden gem enough.

What a fun and unique addition to Roebling Point! The service was quick and the portions are large. My husband and I will share next time! The ice cream was delicious and the toppings are great.

This is a cute walk up window for coffee, baked goods, and ice cream. Service was very friendly and I really enjoyed my latte. It was served piping hot and tasted great. I appreciate that they have gluten free offerings. A convenient quick stop to caffeinate for the day.

The place was nice and the staff was even better. It was lovely but we were a bit disappointed with our dessert. I was expecting authentic German ice cream but it tasted just like any ice cream I could get from another place. It was overly sweet but the presentation was cute.

Was fortunate enough to be the first customer to try their eis (ice cream spaghetti) on their opening day! I think I scarfed it down in 2 minutes it was so good! I got the spaghetti frikadelle which comes with strawberry sauce, two brownie "meatballs," coconut flakes, and two vanilla sugar wafers. The ice cream was delicious and the strawberry sauce was divine! I might (and by might I mean probably) be back tomorrow to try a different variation of the eis!

I've seen Eishaus around for awhile on social media and added it on my to-try list. One Saturday I made it a point to give them a try. I took the girls and my husband and we sat outside. It was a nice warm day and we enjoyed every bit of our spaghetti eis. Eishaus serves quite a few items but they are known for the spaghetti eis. Basically a dessert play on spaghetti. The "noodles" are made out of ice cream and then they top it with different sauces. Like strawberry for marinara or chocolate sauce with rice crispies for chili. It's pretty awesome and taste delicious. We tried the Spaghetti 3-way and Spaghetti Frikadelle. The 3-way was ice cream noodles with chocolate sauce with crispies in it, yellow chocolate shavings for cheese, and vanilla wafers. It was soooo good! The chocolate sauce was yummy and went well with the ice cream. Their ice cream is tasty as well. It was honestly better than I thought it would be. My favorite was the Strawberry Frikadella. It consisted of the ice cream noodles or eis, strawberry sauce, two chocolate meatballs, white chocolate shavings and sugar wafer cookies. This was amazing! The strawberry sauce with the ice cream and brownies was a party in my mouth. The brownie meatballs were also very good! Overall, these ice cream desserts are fun and delicious! We will certainly be back during the summer time! Certainly make sure to try them!

Delicious soft serve ice cream that looks like spaghetti. I have the one with Nutella and my bf got the spaghetti and meatballs. Besides the novelty presentation of the spaghettis, it was $6.25/ bowl for soft serve ice cream and toppings. We definitely want to go back and try their regular scoops and coffee. The location is nestled just behind molly malones.

I'm in love with a burrito... The Kein Fleisch is a no-meat big mama sure to fill you up! This is a two hander breakfast burrito filled with delicious light and fluffy scrambled egg, fresh chopped pepper and tomato, with the best vegetarian sausage! I usually pair this treat-yo-self breakfast with the iced lavender latte made with oat milk. Some of our favorite baked goods here are: Strawberry "poptarts" *GF* Cranberry coffee cake Fruity pebbles muffin (with cereal milk icing!) And last but certainly not least the spaghetti Eis!

Already eaten (we couldn't wait!) spaghetti frikadelle.

Visited eishaus on Saturday evening and it was amazing! Tucked in this white building by Molly malones, it's in the perfect location. Staff were all very nice and helpful. We went with the spaghetti frikadelle and it was so good. It came with two brownies (we already ate one before we took the picture) and the vanilla cookie. The strawberry sauce was so good and the ice Cream was nice and creamy. I can't wait to go back and try their other options!!!

#spaghettiicecream @eishauscov Nice treat that reminds me of Germany. While it is a great joy to have the ice cream in a form of spaghetti covered with decadent #nutella sauce, the flavor of the vanilla ice cream itself did not blow my socks off. But as a whole, it is fun adventurous dessert, beautifully served!

Ok. So I give this place 5 out of 5 stars for coolness and uniqueness. I gotta be honest, the ice cream flavors would not be the draw here, but they have spaghetti ice cream. SPAGHETTI ice cream! Two delicious things in one! It was definitely a different experience for us and this is one of those places I'd bring a friend to because it's fun and different, but probably not a place I'd crave to come back to in the middle of the week after a responsible salad dinner. Go check it out. The staff seemed cool too.

The Goetta is a regional dish popular to the area comprised of sausage and potato fried like a smash burger. It was packed full of flavor and was nice and crispy. A must get was the biscuit and gravy. Unlike the southern style which is usually thick and creamy, this has amazing seasoning, plenty of the sausage crumble, and rich texture. The biscuit underneath was soft and savory and paired very well in this dish. The filet and eggs were perfectly cooked and had good flavor. There were a lot of diced potatoes on the plate to enjoy which was also well seasoned and crispy. Lastly the big easy omelette was very good. I do like the fact it was plated on top of a piece of toast. The biscuit and gravy along with the omelette gave a very strong New Orleans feeling. The cocktails also hit their mark. Local distillery Riff was the maker of the bourbon for the mule. I'm not sure of their lineup but it compared to Bulleit Bourbon. Very stable in the cocktail without being overpowering. The hard truth was a coffee with a punch and a great way to start a vacation morning. The restaurant was deceptively large from its outward appearance. There is lots of seating available and the tables moved swiftly. The large garage style doors allowed for full fresh air circulation and opens the brightness from the natural lighting. Being a corner location they were able to maximize on the opened interior dining experience. Overall 4.7 out of 5

The space is open, bright and well decorated making it very inviting for brunch. You order at the counter from the menus placed along the wall then food is delivered to your table. The various brunch items all sounded very inviting so I was having trouble deciding what to order. So I got a recommendation to try the Shakshuka. Not sure how to pronounce it but when it arrived it was just the right portion and quite tasty for brunch. It's a bowl with a red pepper sauce and feta cheese and kale along with eggs sunny side up. The dish is served with pita so you can do a little bit of dipping in the tasty sauce. To accompany our food we selected the mimosa service and bloody mary pitcher. A pitcher is just perfect for sharing. And the mimosa service was delightful. The server arrived with a bottle of Prosecco and small carafes of orange, grapefruit and blood orange juices to mix yourself. The food was fresh and tasty with prompt delivery of our food to our table. Not quite a full service restaurant since you have to order at the counter but still a nice experience located downtown.

What's striking about the restaurant itself is how quiet and calm it feels. Not to say energy is low or it's so quiet you feel self-conscious talking; it's just that nothing about the experience feels rushed or accidental. As expected, the bread course was phenomenal as was all the food we enjoyed! We opted for the wine pairing along with dinner, which results in about 1.5 or 2 full glasses over the course of the meal. The sommelier did an excellent job introducing and explaining each wine, as well as why it was selected to pair with each course. Normally, I find hotel food is just okay and nothing special, but Coppin's was a pleasant surprise. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess, and our equally pleasant server quickly brought menus and asked what we would like to drink. When it was my turn, I happily ordered Coppin's Old Fashioned. I was the odd man out because everyone else ordered the Spring Manhattan. Judging by how quickly everyone's drinks disappeared, I'd say they were all very tasty. I was a little unsure about mine at first, so to make sure the quality and taste were consistent, I ordered a second, and it definitely was not a mistake. I ordered the B+G biscuits (which are made by hand according to server in the hotel) and gravy with an extra egg. Others at the table chose a variety of dishes, including the CVG, Cobb Salad, Bagel and Lox, and several other selections. Based on the clean plates all around the table, everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. My wife ordered a sample of banana bread, and I was fortunate enough to snag a small bite, it was excellent. After we had all finished, everyone agreed that my niece had made an excellent choice for her graduation celebration brunch. As my wife and I made our way back to Louisville, we both commented that we would definitely return the next time we were in Covington.

Going back and forth on stars for this one. Me and around 30 of my coworkers came into town for a…read moretwo day workshop and they got us a room block at this hotel. I ended up being in the North Building and cracked up when I walked into my room and saw I was in one of the Lightwell Lofts (a few of us ended up in them by chance, guess they included them in our room block lol). While the room was super cool and beautiful, there was a lot to be desired. After taking a million photos of the gorgeous room, I quickly realized a major flaw - the bedroom is upstairs, the bathroom is downstairs, and the staircase between the two is a crazy narrow spiral staircase. As someone that gets up to pee in the middle of the night, having to traverse the spiral stairs was terrifying lol. One of my coworkers actually swapped with someone who had a "normal" room because he was worried about falling down the stairs. My downstairs tv wouldn't turn on. I fiddled with the remote a bit, tried rearranging the batteries, but couldn't turn it on. I used the ipad in the room to put in a maintenance request, but no one came. I figured I would just let the front desk know when I headed out to dinner that night. Hours later, the front desk calls me to see if anyone had come to fix the tv - they hadn't. The girl was very nice and apologetic, she said I sent the request in the middle of a shift change and someone had accidentally marked it as complete. So she said someone would be right up, and he did come up. Handed me a handwritten note and a $25 coupon for Coppin's which was totally unexpected and a very nice gesture. Turned out, he knew exactly what the problem was - he said the remote was broken and he was supposed to swap it out but forgot. Gave me a new remote and all was good. He also mentioned there is a second remote upstairs for that tv. After he left, I went to look for it - there was no second remote. We held our meetings in the Scheper Room, which was also beautiful. The room was absolutely freezing the first day and I'm someone that prefers it a touch colder and was uncomfortable. We had to get them to update the thermostat and then in the afternoon it was way too hot. We had food brought in from the hotel and it was all fine, nothing super memorable. There was soup at lunch but the sign didn't even say what it was - just "chef's choice." The Italian hoagies were way too big and needed to be cut in half, I couldn't even finish half of one. The salad with fruit/pecans/etc was my favorite though. They had the completely wrong password on the tables for the Wifi but thankfully we figured it out quickly that we just had to use the room password. The second day for breakfast, there was yogurt on the menu and even on the sign with all the food - but there was no yogurt. Some of my coworkers were specifically asking for yogurt so we had to request it directly because it was included and paid for. Box lunches to take to go on the second day which were fine, I had the chicken caesar salad wrap. Housekeeping didn't come to service my room until 5pm when I was in there getting ready for dinner, so I was not able to get the room serviced. Just asked them for some more coffee. My conditioner in the shower was empty but I didn't bother reporting it after the tv issue and I had my own conditioner with me, so used that. The lotion at the sink was so thick that I could not get it out of the bottle at all, I had to use q-tips to get it out (it was nice quality, just kinda useless if you can't get it out of the bottle lol). Great local offerings on the mini bar and in the fridge. My coworkers and I got a kick out of the "intimacy kits" because we were on a business trip haha. The Magic 8 ball was fun, I loved the conversation cards even though I just read a few of them to myself haha. Even with the bedroom upstairs, it was nice to have the big double closet in the bathroom hallway so I really was just in the loft to sleep and kept all my stuff downstairs. The location is great, lots of fun stuff right nearby. The courtyard is lovely. I would say this is a solid 3.5 stars but since we can't give half stars, I'll give it a 4 because the staff was overall very nice and quickly fixed any issues, just a little annoying that we had any issues at all.
