We have eaten at El Atico many times. This is a small Columbian restaurant that serves food with big flavors supported by excellent servers. Carolina is the owner and is usually there - say hello. Tonight we had the chicken quessadilla that was enormous and delicious. We also had the Rib Bone Soup. It had a hearty broth and lots of meat. It came with a side of rice which we added to the soup. We finished off an excellent meal with a Cappuccino and Flan. What a wonderful way to immerse yourself in a meal of Columbian food. We'll be back again soon. If you have not been to El Atico yet - you are missing out on a very nice restaurant that is locally owned - and the owner is there working side by side with her staff.

This restaurant was featured on an Instagram influencer's post so I had to check it out! Growing up in Miami, I have a bit of expectations like good coffee and good food in general. I've visited this restaurant quite a few times so far and it's hit or miss with service timing. They get busy so be aware. I'm pretty sure this place is the most popular Colombian restaurant in the whole area. There's not many but this one is well decorated and has great food options. Empanadas are delicious, good picante sauce, fun options like cheese guava plantains, and every dish I have had is pretty good here. One thing I wish would be different is their coffee. I don't like their coffee at all. It's not strong at all.

Came here with my sister. Guess what? They do have "obleas" and omg are they good!!! Got the sopa de costilla. Very good indeed! The broth was great, the rib was flavorful and very well cooked, just like back home. But again, the oblea is something you can't miss having. Would love to come back here.

Cool little spot! Great location and super friendly staff. Stopped by for a quick bite with a friend. We decided to just do drinks and apps. The margaritas are delicious but pricy. All of the food was delicious! The guacamole with pork belly is amazing! Absolutely get some empanadas to go!

Waited a bit to be seated on a Sunday before 2pm. Crowded tight dining area. Good food and atmosphere. Service is slow to start, but friendly. Recommended.

I asked for anarepa sandwich & they gave me this:

Food was very poorly seasoned, there was no flavor, and the meat was dry & extremely overpriced. The only thing that they had going for them was good customer service.

Great place small restaurant With a great menu I would definitely recommend the price is low for a great morning breakfast . Positive atmosphere with Latin music playing . Great service I was greeted as soon as I walked in & seated at a booth .

They are the same people who were in Columbia as I remember the food It is in a strip Mall surrounded by other ethnic restaurants We came because of a recommendation from a friend We sat on a comfortable table The staff was very interesting and pleasant. They translated the menus from Spanish to English the food was plentiful and delicious for the three dishes. The only problem was one of my guests was afraid of anything strange so she ordered a tilapia fish which came out last. It was a disappointment very dry and had no taste. We told the waitperson about it but to no avail The guest said forget about it The rest of the meal was outstanding We had one beer and two Margaritas the bill was reasonable the only catch was an 18% service charge so be careful not to add the tip on top of the 18% service charge Churrasco Steak

    Bistec a Caballo. Pollo Gratinado.

Food was bland and tasteless! Everything we ate tasted the same. Service was wonderful, however.

One of my favorite restaurants to eat. When you see native Hispanics eating, then it's always packed, you know the food is delicious. !

Fajitas came to the table sizzling. It came with white rice, lettuce, tomatoes , warm tortillas , and red beans. They were delicious especially with sauces they brought to the table. My husband got the Ensalada de Carne- Grilled Steak served on top of a bit of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, peppers, and avocado. Service was excellent. We had been to this location before when it was a different Latin restaurant. It's in the shopping center near the World Famous eggroll restaurant. There's plenty of free parking in the lot out front. I ordered the chicken with mushroom sauce. It came with white rice, salad, and a side of fries. The sauce was delicious on the grilled chicken breast meat. I wound up taking half of my meal home for dinner. My husband loves passion fruit. So when I told him this restaurant had several dishes with this fruit sauce, he was excited. He got the chicken with passion fruit (maracuya). His plate also had sweet plantains as well as rice and salad. For dessert, he got their passion fruit mousse, of course. And I tried their creamy rice pudding. I really liked it with its cinnamon sprinkled top. We were both very happy campers. I'm sure we will be back to try more of their Colombian menu.

The service was fast and friendly, and even though the restaurant was fairly busy, our party of six was seated and rapidly attended on. I ordered the bandeja paisa, and it was an excellent choice. The portion was enormous far more food than I could finish in one sitting, and everything was satisfying and flavorful. One dish I would not recommend is the steak al caballo. It arrived covered in a tomato-based sauce that tasted very similar to ketchup, which wasn't what I expected and detracted from the dish. Overall, this is a solid choice for large groups, soccer fans looking to catch a game, and anyone craving hearty Colombian food. I'd definitely return for the atmosphere, service, and generous portions. .
