After waiting even longer, I eventually learned that the delay was due to my number being entered incorrectly, meaning I never received any notification that my food was ready--or possibly even completed. What should have been a quick stop for food at 5:20 PM turned into a nearly 2.5-hour ordeal, with us not receiving our food until around 7:50 PM. To make matters worse, when we asked about the delay, we were told the wait was an hour--contradicting the original 30-minute estimate. To top it off, the food itself was disappointing. The rice and noodles were hard, as if they were either undercooked or improperly cooked on the grill. The shrimp were the only part of the meal that actually tasted good. This entire situation could have easily been avoided if the staff had simply confirmed my contact information properly. When your system depends on accurate phone numbers, it's essential to double or even triple check that information with customers. Very disappointing experience overall.
