We sat down and ordered the chips and small guac. The chips were really good and crispy. The small guac was also a great size vs how guac at some other restaurants are more filler than guac. The chorizo taco was pretty good and my boyfriend loved the Baja fish taco so much he said it was one of the best fish tacos he's had. He also recommended it to our friends who joined us and they also loved the taco. We did order a few drinks, but they were just okay. Nothing to write home about. We promised we would make a stop there during our stay. Our experience with Midnight Train Food Truck did not disappoint! I really wanted to order one of everything. We got the chicken wings, steak & mushrooms, the fish tacos, the lamb gyro and the fries. Unlike other food trucks, this was truly a meal, with incredible sides of hot rice and colorful chopped veggies. The food was all farm fresh and delicious. Pancakes taste like they flipped bland flour and eggs, frittata as though not one lick of seasoning hit the batch of eggs. I started surveying the person next me because I was truly surprised. She said she's been going there for 10 years and the food is usually good. She recommended I say something, so I asked our server if I could speak with manager. I explained why to her and she returned stating that they have discounted the food. Soon after the ?chef came over. Rapidly asked what's wrong with the food. As I tried to explain, she kept cutting me off with a rebuttal. She eventually walked away interrupting the conversation. She then walks back, not sure if conviction hit her. She apologized saying sorry if it felt like i wasnt listening. I said that's exactly what it felt it. I said I didn't understand why she would come ask me for feedback if you weren't going to listen. She said she had several orders to take care of, and, yet again, prematurely ended the conversation. We were greeted by very attentive staff, who explained all of the gluten free options (which were plentiful). Most importantly, the margaritas were strong and we were able to choose the rim, so we went with Tajin! As for the food, it's not every day that you find GF fish and chips, so we went for it. It was delicious and crunchy, with a great tartar sauce. Why four stars? The slaw was a bit drenched in sauce and thus difficult to eat--I would have loved a crisp and crunchy slaw. Additionally, we got French fries that were still frozen mixed in with cooked ones. Luckily, the staff speedily replaced them. A low key, pleasant night out, I would still definitely recommend Fish to both visitors and islanders alike!

He claims they don't wrap their sandwiches in foil but mine was a gluten allergy so I'm guessing that's why...otherwise the owner is lying in order to get bad reviews taken down. I have added my receipt as additional proof in case the sketchy owner tries to get these ones taken down as well. We were told one was being held for a party of four, so no problem - we grabbed seats at the bar and waited. A little later, a booth opened up. Exciting! I went over to grab it and was informed that the booth was reserved for parties of four only. Imagine my surprise when approximately 97 seconds later (not that anyone was counting) two people were seated there. At that point, we were assigned what I can only assume is the restaurant's premium seating package: a table directly in front of the front door. This exclusive experience included a refreshing blast of wind every time someone entered or exited, dogs wandering through the dining area, constant foot traffic inches away from the table, and the occasional chair being carried over our heads for added entertainment. Truly immersive. The food was fine, but it's difficult to fully enjoy a meal when you're left wondering what qualifications are required to sit in a booth. Maybe it's age. Maybe it's attire. Maybe there's a secret booth rewards program. I'll never know. To make things even more memorable, there was also a convenient 6% surprise added to the bill at the end. Thankfully, I had dinner at Bettini the night before, where we were treated like valued guests regardless of age, appearance, or booth eligibility status. It was a nice reminder that hospitality still exists on the island. Wishing the staff the best this summer. If you're hoping for a booth, I'd recommend arriving in a tuxedo, carrying a briefcase, and bringing at least two imaginary friends to ensure your party qualifies. Save yourself the headache.
