My husband spontaneously ordered the chimichurri burger one day and while I didn't know what to expect at first, man that burger was mighty delicious! The beef patty is topped with chimichurri sauce and paired with lettuce, tomato, grilled onion, cheddar cheese, chimichurri aoili on a brioche bun. It's burger heaven! Flavorful and moist, it was devoured in no time. It also comes with sweet potato fries and a side of sauce. I don't know if the sauce is for the fries or the burger, but it pairs extremely well with both. Just give your burger a little dip -- SO good. We went with the Hana & Hookipa as those were the only 2 that had meat in them, I think there was one other one, bit it was sold out. The Hookipa came with beef & veggies & the Hana came with chicken & veggies. They were both crispy & hot, very juicy & filling was generous, but I think I liked the Hookipa better. It had way more flavor & super savory. It's a one person show in that truck, but she was super nice & they were ready really quick. I definitely want to go back & try the other ones.

If it's slow, you could park right in front of the trailer. The family that runs this food trailer is born and raised in Guam and their menu features Chamorro cuisine like arrozcaldo, corn soup, etc. It didn't seem like it to me at first because everything was so so familiar to me, but my friend who was raised in Guam reminded me of how it's heavily Filipino influenced and mentioned that the grilled cheese sandwich was her childhood growing-up.
