My husband shops there at least three times a week, which says a lot about how much we've relied on it over the years. We genuinely like this store, but lately we've noticed a decline in the quality of the produce. Things like tomatoes appearing shriveled or, at times, even moldy. It's disappointing, especially for a place we trust for everyday shopping. I also attempted to place an order for Easter dinner, something we've done many times in the past. Prices have increased quite a bit, so this year I decided to keep it simple and order just the lamb. The online system didn't allow me to select the date I needed, so I called for help. That's where things became frustrating. I spoke with Chef Jose, and communication was difficult. I asked if he spoke Spanish, since it's my native language and I thought it might help. His response felt dismissive, mentioning he speaks Italian and other things, but the interaction itself came across as borderline rude and unhelpful. That impression was later echoed by the front desk, who suggested I contact another chef. Chef Doug, on the other hand, was the complete opposite. Even though we played a bit of phone tag, he consistently followed up with a helpful and kind attitude, which I truly appreciated. Overall, this is still a market we want to love. It has been part of our routine and community. But between the recent produce issues and inconsistent customer service, it has been a bit disappointing compared to what it once was. I'm hopeful they find their way back to the quality and warmth that made them our favorite local market in the first place. BTW, one must place the order all the way to the paying screen to be able to select the desire pick up date.

I ordered the three beef taco dinner and my guest had a Harlem Sandwich which was Italian beef and Italian sausage. Both were delicious. They also have a bar area. After lunch we finished our grocery shopping! My tip, check out the bakery with the homemade Italian cookies and fresh bread!

They have a wide selection of different kinds of Asian chips, noodles, sauces to fresh fish on ice and Asian vegetables like long green beans, Japanese eggplant, bitter melon. And seasonal live blue crabs that you can pick yourselves. They have canned goods from sardines, to Asian fruits like jackfruit, banana blossoms, bamboo shoots, and all kinds of sweet jar of coconut for Filipino desserts halo halo. And they also have a wide selection of frozen foods as well. And don't forget the 25-50 lbs bags of assorted kinds of rice from short grain, to long grain, Jasmin rice, and brown rice plus sweet rice. If I had all the money in the world, I would buy everything in the store lol! The front cashier are polite and quiet they are behind a shield plexus glass and wears a mask. If you ask questions ask them to speak up and talk slowly... Overall a cute Asian market support your small businesses. I would recommend to come here.

This was my first experience at a Woodman's Market. I found it to be an okay experience but not…read morestellar. First, the store is enormous. You can probably find just about anything you need there. It kind of reminded me of Meijer but larger. The layout of the store is very confusing. Specialty items like gluten-free items can be mixed in with regular items, set off by themselves, or both. So, finding them wasn't that easy. From what we read of Woodman's before going, the did get good reviews on the amount and variety of gluten-free products. The same can be said for anything dairy-free. Their TV commercials talk about their great prices. I agree the items we saw on sale tended to be bargain, but the rest of the store seemed high. They are probably less expensive than Jewel, but more expensive than Valli Produce. We did get a lot while we were there and the total price was higher than we expected. So, overall, if you check their website for items on sale and you are near to a Woodman's, then by all means, the value is great. But if you don't live close to a Woodman's (like me), they aren't a great value but do have lots of specialty items.

Do not go to Woodmans for your automotive needs!
