We wanted to serve coffee and some snacks, they had 3 tables ready to go in the back of the room which I decorated and arranged food on. I brought 2 carafes to make coffee in as well as table decorations and some finger foods. It worked out perfectly. From the very beginning, Jesus provided us with an incredible level of support and compassion that we will never forget. He was kind, patient, and informative, never once rushing or pressuring us into making any decisions about the funeral home. Once we had finalized the church and cemetery, Jesus took care of the rest. We chose to hold the viewing at his chapel, and we're so glad we did--it offered an intimate and peaceful setting during a very emotional time. On the day of the funeral, Jesus continued to show professionalism and grace, helping ease our nerves when emotions were running high. He stayed by our side until the very end at the cemetery. Even after the services, Jesus continued to be helpful--our stepmother reached out to him to order some memorial keychains for the family, and he was able to provide them in a timely and thoughtful manner. Also, our service was at 1:00 so we arrive at 11:30 to set up since they have a kitchen and dining area, we were serving food. We were told they could not let us in before 12noon without charging us. Aside from this two issues, it is a nice place to hold a memorial and the one staff member there allowed us privacy during our time, and was helpful, which we appreciated.
