Tried again, much better coffee…read more This place had a very awesome breakfast sandwich, and wanted to try them again. Opted for the blueberry pancake cold brew, along with a piece of banana bread and an egg sandwich with turkey. Food was delivered outside, and I took my pics. The breakfast sandwich is delightful. Everything is seasoned, punchy, and plentiful. The bread was grilled on a panini griddle, but didn't toast. So there wasn't a lot of contrast in textures. But the egg was fluffy, had a cheese skirt, garlic aoli is strong, and the bread is baked fresh. The cold brew was strong, but the cold foam on top mellowed the coffee out and gave it a nice blueberry and yeasty sip. Very similar to a blueberry pancake which the drink is named for. Good but leaned heavy on the cold foam. Banana bread was a bit gummy. Too much banana and not enough flour nor sugar. Not bad, but the weakest bite of them all. Price was high, at about 24 for the 3 items. The quality is worth the price point, and it's a great but somewhat limited breakfast spot for the area. If you want an avocado toast, breakfast sandwich with actual flavor, and wicked strong coffee, then this place does it well. Baked goods can be a bit random in quality, but the savory fare is great

The egg wrap is very filling and made with very fresh ingredients. The iced mocha is delicious and strong as it comes with two double shots of espresso in it. Even my cat wanted to enjoy this food. The wait time can be long at times when this place is super busy, but there are ample things to browse at inside while you wait. There is plenty of street parking and parking lots nearby.

The layout is like a wide corridor, w counter / stools on one side and tables opposite side. Greeted and seated by Dana, who was very capable, checking on us regularly. I had my usual eggs over CBH w rye toast. The food was good, but two things stood out. First, only one piece of toast. Second, consensus of the group was that the food was not as hot as it should have been. The CBH and potatoes (for those that had them) were warm, not hot. For us, P on W was ok, but did not have a WOW factor. I may try again, but for lunch, not breakfast. 3.5 warm stars

Still lacking heart…read more It's been a while since I last tried this place. Having to loop back to all the previous spots, I really remember this place being very good and my rose-tinted glasses held on hope that maybe my experience from my last try was just a fluke. Server was nice, attentive and pleasant. Food came out after a short delay. Got my pics and took my bites. This last time was...lackluster. The egg was oily, the corned beef hash was bland and texture less. It very much reminded me of canned hash with some potatoes thrown in for good measure. And the hash brown potatoes were lightly seasoned and barely crispy. As a breakfast place, this is fine if you want a quantity of okay food. I'm not sure I will ever try them again, but I hope they improve at some point.

Places like this give the brand a good name. As is usual for most of the food court places they lure you in with the samples. Most times if I'm undecided that little piece of chicken teriyaki sandwich will make up my mind for me (ok, twist my arm). While I'll usually go for that particular sandwich, my most recent visit was for the 'Old School' Philly Cheesesteak (with the cheese whiz) Having eaten here dozens of times I've never gotten a bad meal here. The chicken teriyaki is particularly good but they do everything they offer well. Ingredients are fresh and prepared to order right in front of you so you know what you're getting. Not saying I've never had someone make a mistake and it's usually when they're very busy they get it right more often than not. I'm not a 'fries' person but the options they offer are very good as well. The old school cheesesteak was not really like a lot of others I've had (including ones in Philly) but it is very good. It's a nice changeup from the regular versions they have which are all very good as well. The menu is limited but there's enough variety on it that I could eat here more than once a week. Good food, good service, 4 1/2 stars!

This particular location is in a small shopping plaza in Vernon. The inside looks like an independent bakery. They have a huge assortment of breads, they can make sandwiches upon request or from the menu. Additionally they also make salads, cookies and coffee. I'll have to note, the two teenage girls working here weren't friendly, welcoming or capable of smiling, maybe they are new, but something needs to change. I got the Turkey Goddess sandwich on Wheat Seeded Bread. I also got an iced coffee. They serve Peet's coffee. This combo was only $13. This bread was very fresh, flavorful and covered in seeds. It was filled with tomato, onion, lettuce, Havarti cheese, avocado spread and turkey. It also came with a pickle, but it was way too salty for me. This sandwich was very filling, fresh and tasty. My friend got a similar one and she also enjoyed it.

Unfortunately, the sandwich contained mayonnaise. When I returned it to be remade, I informed the staff that I am allergic to mayonnaise. I was concerned by the lack of acknowledgment or concern, particularly since your establishment has signage instructing customers to inform staff about food allergies. I initially wasn't going to submit feedback, but after spending much of the afternoon dealing with a reaction to the mayonnaise, I felt it was important to bring this to your attention. I understand mistakes happen, but when an error involves a food allergy, it becomes a safety issue. I hope you will review how allergy-related orders are handled and how staff respond when these concerns are reported.
