Our first Uber Eats order on 08/27 was never received by the restaurant after we waited over an hour. We gave them another chance on 08/29. The first driver waited an hour and was told the restaurant never accepted the order in time, and ask if I could reorder it. The second driver was then told they didn't have my order because I had supposedly canceled it. I called the restaurant, explained the situation calmly to Noah who advised he knew exactly of the situation and was transferred to the manager. His response? "I don't even know what's going on. I just walked in the door." He then insisted it was "obviously an Uber Eats problem, not an us problem" and condescendingly suggested that "maybe we should try another ordering platform." So, we should find another platform because your restaurant failed to accept the order? Ironically, another employee could be heard telling the manager that multiple Uber Eats drivers were experiencing the same issue. The manager then abruptly hung up on me. Three hours after placing the order, we finally received our food--with half of the order missing. Technology issues happen. Mistakes happen. What is unacceptable is the complete lack of accountability and the way the customer was treated. Add in small portions and food that was honestly underwhelming, and there is simply nothing here that justifies the experience. I wanted to support this business. I really did. But good food cannot compensate for poor customer service, disrespect, and refusing to take responsibility when something clearly goes wrong. I would not recommend this restaurant, particularly to anyone relying on delivery.

That feels misleading and frustrating. The whole reason I signed up for the rewards program was because it offered a free appetizer, not a discount on whatever the restaurant decides is cheapest. When I brought it up, Tyler refused to correct it. I'm also a military veteran, and while I don't expect special treatment, I do expect a business to honor the promotion they advertise and treat loyal customers fairly. We were weekly customers, and this left a really bad impression. Instead of honoring the advertised reward in a reasonable way, it felt like they were trying to avoid giving the actual benefit.
