Our entrees had good portions and came out hot. I enjoyed the jerk salmon overall but wish the meat itself had its own flavor too. The jerk did it all in this case. The collard greens were good to me (my guy wished for less salt/seasoning). My guy had the lamb chops, greens, and mashed potatoes.
