Spotted El Agave Azul's food trailer in Montrose, so tried them out and it was a done deal! Since their flagship restaurant was in Ridgway, we decided to drive out and grab some lunch so we could personally meet the owners. Again the food was super good, flavorful and delish...not to mention the fresh and yummy margs! The owners, Jose and Lucia were an absolute pleasure to meet and work with for our party. They arrived early to set-up, were very professional, meticulous and took great care of our guests. We ordered street tacos (naturally the carne asada as well as grilled chicken), rice, refried beans, chips & salsa, and quesidillas. Everyone ranted and raved about the food and loved every bit of it...in fact there were very little leftovers which is always a good sign! ;-) I cannot say enough about El Agave Azul.
