The home made tomato basil soup was rich, comforting, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Together, they made the ultimate comfort meal. Attentive service kept the meal flowing. We started with Camp 4 Coffee as both a drip and espresso and could not have had a better way to start breakfast. Or so we thought. We saw several of the other tables having the Bloody Mary and we jumped in head first - Paradise's Bloody was the perfect eye opener for a day on the slopes. We ordered the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon and the #4 which is two eggs, hot Polish sausage and a pancake (served with optional REAL maple syrup - frankly, faux maple syrup is an abomination that needs to be banned in all 50 states!) The dishes were delicious, portions were generous, and we could not have been more pleased . Next time we will try the Huevos Rancheros which neighboring tables were tucking into with great abandon. We are regulars at McGills but are very pleased to have discovered Paradise which is now part of our breakfast rotation in Crested Butte.
