Delicious ceviche!!! They even had decent quesabirria as well. The consommé for the birria was spot on. We got sat quickly even tho there was a line out the door for a large party. It was decorated nicely and the waitress checked in on us many times throughout our meal. They even had a photographer there taking pics of us and the other guests. It's a smaller restaurant but they have it laid out well for great seating.

My husband and I have been wanting to go here for a while because someone on Instagram recommended this place. Unfortunately he wasn't available to come with me, so I did a carryout order for him after work one day. The service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and festive. The food was incredible! I would highly recommend everything we ordered, but my favorite items were the various ceviche tostadas. Next, I would say probably the sushi roll or the birria bombs. The birria empanadas were also good. I can't wait to go back someday to try the cocktails and eat on site so that everything will be fresh. I guess I should say it was about a 45 minute drive home, so anything fried wasn't as good as it could've been, but it was still addictively delicious.

El Cevichero is a living icon. I came twice and on both visits was awed by their fresh and well dressed ceviche entrees, perfect birria tacos, and the drinks from their classic Mexican bar. Honestly you can come here for the food..which is already fantastic, but you stay for the fun. It's a very social atmosphere for both family, friends, or even solo. There's plenty tv's for sports and entertainment and what makes me love this spot more is its exciting ambiance with vibrant decorations, modern seating, and occasionally a DJ curating some Latin classics + other vibez. I loved the aqua chile ceviche, it's refreshing spicy and so savory. If you love spicy I'd highly suggest it. Their bar had a good selection of spirits especially for tequila and mezcal. It also had plenty options for Mexican cerveza, and had frozen margaritas on go too. I had a couple of their strawberry frozen margaritas which were tasty, sweet, and gave me a good buzz. Overall so think this spot is an easy green light for any lover of a mariscos-cantina with a colorful sports bar feel. Their staff is very friendly and did a great job during my visits.

Yummmm you can't go wrong with Mexican seafood! Everything was delicious and seasoned perfectly. The seafood was very fresh and the pricing was fair. The restaurant itself is in a little strip mall, and the interior decor and vibes were a nice surprise compared to the exterior. I got the aguachiles negros, and it was so good! I could eat that every day and not be sick of it. The sweetness of the shrimps balanced the sauce so well. I will say to skip the drinks unless you really want alcohol to accompany your meal because the spicy margarita was pretty mid for the price. Service was also fair--not great but not super slow. Added bonus is the free photo for memories :)

Came here for a work lunch and it ended up being a really happy surprise! The whole place is Instagram-worthy -- the plates, the decorations, the vibe -- everything stands out in the best way. The food was just as impressive. I tried a variety of dishes off my coworkers' plates and everything tasted fresh, vibrant, and honestly way better than I expected. I had a Hispanic-fusion sushi roll that was really good, and I also tried a taco with cheese infused into the tortilla... oh my God. I'm coming back with a date for sure. Guys, you do not know what you're missing here. If you're going to splurge on carbs, spend them here. They also have a full bar, great presentation, and for clarity -- it's a Mexican seafood spot, more like tortillas, ceviches, shrimp cocktails, and all the good mariscos plates done right. Highly recommend.~~~

Holy smokes this place is a 10/10!!!!!! Excellent service, sat at the bar, can't wait to go back for happy hour!!!!! Still thinking of the ceviche.

We went here for dinner last night! The place was crowded! My Darling Wife (DW) and I were seated promptly, asked about drinks, and then left to browse the menu. The selections were overwhelming, but in a good way. We settled on the ceviche appetizer recommended by our server. It was fantastic. I had the seafood tacos (two), which were stuffed with baby scallops, octopus, shrimp, and white fish, served with a savory sauce. I was very well sated. My DW had the fried fish, she is very particular and was not wowed although presentation was top notch. Our server was fantastic, explained the dishes with patience and enthusiasm. Her recommendations were spot on. She and others continually checked on us without being obtrusive. The only drawback to the place is that the loud music creates a lively atmosphere, but makes conversation impossible. Turning it down a few decibels would help.

This place is bomb! The food is crazy good, paired with some drinks, it was a great time. Service was also really dope, the manager would come by and make sure everything was good. This is going to be one of those spots you start having a Friday night dinner and drinks at.

    Salsas - very creamy!

This restaurant is really cute! It's where Luna Rosa used to be, and I'm glad this new restaurant seemed really busy when we went. The food was definitely good, so I understand why. First off, the salsa was addicting! The salsas were a creamy texture and had a nice kick to it. I needed at least two glasses of water because I was pounding the free tostadas with the salsa. It spiced me out a bit before my meal but definitely worth it. My birria tacos were so flavorful! Nice and crispy and the consommé didn't make the dish too salty. My gf got the Motiviche - fish, shrimp, cucumber, lime, avocado. She liked it but it needed more lime, and flavor. The waiters kindly got us more likes. We will try the Verde next time but hope it's not too spicy! Service was great and a lot of the other dishes we saw looked good. The bacon wrapped shrimp?! So we'll come back to try more next time.

El Cevichero never disappoints--and our most recent visit was a perfect reminder of why it's one of my favorite spots for flavorful, creative food with unforgettable presentation. We started with the shrimp jalapeño poppers, and they were nothing short of spectacular. These aren't your average poppers--they're huge, bursting with flavor, and served in one of the most unique presentations I've ever seen. Each popper hangs from a string by a clothespin, suspended between two sleek metal rods. It's a showstopper the moment it hits the table--and the taste absolutely lives up to the hype. Smoky, spicy, creamy, and perfectly cooked. Next, we had the birria egg rolls, and I honestly think this might be my new favorite way to eat birria. Not only is it a cleaner, easier way to enjoy this traditionally juicy dish, but the egg roll wrapper adds a satisfying crunch that takes the whole experience up a notch. The flavor is rich and savory, with just the right amount of spice. For my main dish, I kept it classic with the shrimp ceviche--a simple but incredibly fresh mix of shrimp, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, and avocado. I always eat mine with their homemade tostadas, which are perfectly crisp and the ideal vessel for scooping up every bite. I've tried several of their ceviche options in the past, and every single one has been delicious. You really can't go wrong. To drink, I went with the cantarito, served in the traditional clay cup. It's citrusy, smooth, and super refreshing--an ideal pairing for everything we ate. If you can, definitely make it in time for their happy hour to enjoy it all at a great value. Whether you're coming for the drinks, the unique presentations, or the bold, fresh flavors--El Cevichero is a must-visit.

Finally got to try this place out and let me tell you ..: the food was freaking delicious !! The drink we had was also very good and refreshing. Glad we went when it wasn't so busy. I've been trying to get to this place since it moved here and I'm so glad I finally had a chance to visit! The staff were really nice, attentive and informative. We didn't have a wait when we walked in but I know most of the time there's a wait out the door. We ordered two different kinds of ceviche, birria tacos and two drinks. My mom had the michelada and she said it was amazing. The place is kind of small and parking is kind of a problem so just be aware. The birria tacos were good but I couldn't put my finger on what was different. It might have been the chiles they used because there was a distinct flavor that overpowered everything. The ceviche was FRESH and had so much flavor! They do a great job or chopping up all the ingredients to almost uniformed sizes, you just try any of the ceviche, it's worth the wait. The inside was a vibe. It had neon lights, great decor and good music. They pay extra attention to detail, down to the dinnerware they use! Only reason it wasn't a 5 is because the seats were a little uncomfy. They were going with the beach wicker chairs and they're really pretty but they were hurting my bare skin lol.

The food and service were great. We showed up around 6 and by 7:30 the place was packed. The night we were there was karaoke night. It was cool. But also pretty loud. The food was fresh and the drinks were good. Will definitely be back!!!

This time, Tandem was the venue of choice. I really liked the place. It was very laid back and comfortable with a bit of a dive bar atmosphere. The seating included sofa areas, small table, and larger tables. It was not brightly lit, and the music was nice. We went to the counter to place our orders. They had sandwiches already made in an icebox. When ordered, the guy put them in a waffle iron before serving. I had the Cubano, and let me tell you- it was the best one I have ever had. It was so crispy and delicious. My only comment is that it could have used a bit more mustard. I also had an iced Americano with Como La Flor syrup. That was a blend of lavender and blueberry and was house-made. It sounded awesome and delivered awesomeness in every sip. I will definitely be back. I have to try the waffle pressed peanut butter and jelly!

I've been to hot springs all over the world and this place needs to make some improvements to say the least. First there are 2 'suites' and it was really nice if you weren't directly next to the other suite. The people had on their speaker and it was so loud. Even if they had it lower you could still hear everything they said. We had a speaker too but we would just have competed with them. It was hard to relax especially cause we didn't like their music. And the tubs. Ughh. They were black and old. And nasty. The provided shower only had cold water so not much of a shower. No soap either. They advertised food but the only thing they had was cheese. The only positive was the lady that worked there. Super nice. We booked for early afternoon and late in the evening. We are canceling our evening appointment and losing $100 because it was too late to cancel. When you spend $100 for an hour you expect more. Really disappointed. Oh and they NEVER answer the phone. Tried to reach someone for 3 days and always get vm. Can't leave a message. So we are just not showing for our evening appointment.
