So good! Very fresh and clean. You get sooo much, I always get a large. Just wish they opened for longer hours during the summer.

Best fruit around. Fresh, clean and affordable. Coconut water as well. That's what I always get. Do it.

We circled around looking for Secret Tacos Tomas expecting to find a tent set up outside, but we…read morefound green lit food truck called Tacos Los Poblanos. Nothing has changed, Tomas is still behind the grill serving up tacos. The staff are probably just adjusting to the smaller workspace so quality might not be as consistent as before. The tacos were truly loaded with meat, surprised that the single corn tortilla held everything together nicely. Carne Asada is an absolutely must order, and Al Pastor could've been a bit more charred, but it was juicy and grilled pineapple added the perfect finishing touch. The real winner was honestly the salsa bar. They were individually good, and each bringing a diffident heat level and flavor. Plenty of containers and plastic bags to load up at the condiment station, but seriously double up on all the salsas.

I went on Thursday and…read morethought that it was going to be a street taco stand but there was only a taco truck in the same spot (assuming they upgraded). Unfortunately, I read the review about the cockroaches and I was already on edge. There were quite a few cockroaches crawling through the trees on the sidewalk of where the truck was parked. Food: Asada Quesadilla (5/10): Super cheesy quesadilla with decent amount of asada! Unfortunately, the asada wasn't seasoned well and lacked a smoky flavor to it. There was a lot of fat pieces in here that were inedible that I had to spit out. The green salsa they provide at their salsa bar helped with the flavor. It was a pretty big quesadilla that can be shared between two people!

Lo and behold, thanks to Christina the business exists on here and has been christened "Jiang Xiang Bing Guy"! Although he was working solo that day, when I decided to return on an empty stomach, he had an assistant helping with seasoning and chopping up the 酱香饼. There were about five folks waiting by the time I got there Sunday evening. The guy with the blue UCLA hoodie was purposefully putting on a show, since he had two phones set up for streaming. Every now and again, when he gets a request from someone, he would say "OK no problem!" and continues with kneading, rolling, and transferring the dough to the big ol' frying machine. At $10 per order, perhaps a part of the cost is the spirited mini-interactions. After paying via Venmo, I showed the gal my phone. 他是老板 she said jokingly as she handed me the food. I had mine mild, and honestly it was a delightfully crispy and savory snack for a cold winter evening.

Intrigued and a lover of street foods, I went last night to check it out hoping he was at the same spot and he was! (Honestly San Gabriel Superstore parking lot be popping with bomb street food stalls and trucks over these past years). The guy was calling his food a Chinese pizza but it's actually a Chinese street food called Jiang Xiang Bing(酱香饼) which basically means "saucy pancake". If you can't speak Chinese(don't worry he does understand English though but he spoke to me in Mandarin by default lol), just give him $10 and he will give you a portion. If you don't have cash, he has QR codes for digital payments and once it goes through you can hear his phone notification from his car. When he's done making the bread and ready to chop it, he will ask you how spicy you want it. You can say "xiao la" for mild or say yes and nod your head for the regular spicy lol. The pan fried flat bread was crispy and the sweet and spicy soy bean sauce really went well with it, I'd get it again!!!

Although I…read morehaven't had the courage to try their durian flavor yet (though my friends who are durian fans say it's superb), every other flavor has been so so yummy and *not too sweet*. We recently hired Jasmine Creamery to cater at our son's first birthday party. TC, the owner, came and set up the cutest stand, and served up three different flavors of gelato. The kids especially loved that they got huuuuuge scoops on their choice of a cup or cone. Our guests absolutely raved over all of the flavors and we are still receiving compliments about the gelato we had at the party. Definitely give this place a try - it will not disappoint!

Strawberry Balsamic -strawberry part was great but personally didn't like it paired with balsamic, texture to this one was creamy. Toasted Black Sesame -flavor was as expected but texture was very icy and grainy, deterred me from ordering this although I typically love black sesame. Javanese Jasmine Tea -also a bit icy, flavor wasn't as strong as I'd like either. Mango Passionfruit Sorbet -my favorite flavor, texture was great and not that sweet. Mango and passionfruit always pair well together. Lychee -surprisingly the milk based flavor worked great with lychee. This one was also great. Durian -also pretty icy but flavor was there. I don't personally like icy ice cream.

This place serves fast food Chinese style dishes that you can see, you can also order dishes à la carte but it's easy to just do the item combo deal (comes with rice/noodles and soup). I like seeing all the dishes displayed, the place looks better than before and less crowded of things in the back. They changed the menu display as well and it looks much simpler. For $15 I got 4 item combo (chicken, rice noodles, pork stew, eggplant). No drinks. I asked for noodles and rice (if you ask for extra rice instead it's $2 extra). So total was around $17. First, dining in means you get a tray with a pate of all the foods rather than a to go box. We ate at a table and they had extra bowls and cups for water if you ask. I think the noodles and rice were too hard or al dente, must be because it dried out from staying out too long(?). The chicken was the best dish, it was on the bone with a sweet and salty sauce which my son ate some too! Pork stew had radishes and was pretty good (just lots of bones so be careful). The eggplant was soft and flavorful from soaking up the sauce, a little spicy but not enough for me to avoid. The rice noodles (called ants climbing tree ? in mandarin) were a little spicy and also dry, but because it is mixed with the other dishes in the plate it eventually sailed up the liquid and rehydrated. The soup was vegetable soup? It tastes like water, might be to cleanse the palate instead of a soup. Overall, I liked the food, it was still good and I would come again for a quick meal!
