I stuck with getting the mild sando, and didn't expect the chicken breast so gigantic! It was a delicious sandwich and the spice was pretty good. I'm glad I didn't go any spicier than that. I ordered the fries which were actually pretty good. They were definitely seasoned, but they weren't heavily in taste sense. They had something for me to drink and it went really well with a meal actually. I'm glad that I could say that I enjoyed this place from beginning to end. I thought the restaurant ambience was nice. And after waiting for about 10 minutes, my order came out. They gave me extra sauce but again no explanation on why the extra sauce was provided. As for the food, I thought the chicken was kind of bland. I expected some Sichuan style but hardly any spice on the chicken. Once of the sauces was a Sichuan chili crisp, which gave the chicken more taste. Maybe the chicken was bland because I was supposed to dip it in the sauces? Aside from that, the other sauces were average (ranch and sweet/sour sauce). The salad was definitely a huge miss. They didn't dress the salad properly and only put dressing on top, so I just got a bunch of romaine lettuce at the end. The best part of my meal was the fries, which was crispy and fresh. I usually get the Tres pollos with five sides for a party of about 20 and it's more than plenty. Everyone is able to take some to go.
