My friend ordered the traditional Peruvian ceviche, made with fresh fish, lime juice, red onion, sweet potato, and other ingredients. He added hot sauce and said the flavors were good, but something--possibly the lime or soy sauce--was very potent, to the point where even the hot sauce couldn't balance out the saltiness. Another friend ordered the Arroz Chaufa with shrimp and unfortunately had to throw it out as well due to the saltiness. It was a shame, especially for first-time customers.
