    Wings, jalapeño poppers

Such a cozy and clean spot. Lively but quiet enough for conversations. Pizza was really good. We also got jalapeño poppers (delicious) and the wings (honey sriracha) which had a nice kick. Hubby and I were stuffed.

One of the best burgers I've enjoyed in some time. From the brilliant tap list to the burgers and everything you'd want in a neighborhood pub. Just go. It's really good and the people are really kind. Support local businesses!

Service: Friendly welcoming staff Restaurant: We sat inside near the window which had great lighting. The modern interior and window into the kitchen were great touches. The bathrooms were in good shape. Plenty of large TVs primarily behind the bar but also in the corner of the restaurant to watch live sports. We did not appreciate how close the tables to each other however. We sat so close to the couples next to us that we felt like we were part of their conversations and couldn't have our own without being heard. Food: Just okay. Which... was shocking based on the looks of it. The food came to the table and it really looked incredible. The more we ate it the more we realized there wasn't really much flavor to it. It's hard to explain it but it really was so bland. Which, is always disappointing but especially when you're paying the prices they charge. Conclusion: I do not recommend eatting at Picketts. We would only return to have a drink at the bar to watch a game.

Quite tasty food, and terrific craft beer selection. The room can be a bit bright and noisy when more than 1/4 full. Excellent beefy burger, and I like that you get a 1/2 lb patty rather than two 1/4 patties, which you sometimes get elsewhere. Above average fries. My burger was cooked properly rare.

A cozy atmosphere. Nice simple decor. Obviously a nice addition to the local area as another local hang spot. Bartender was friendly and gave me time to decide as well as chatted it up for a few minutes. Sometimes bartenders are too cut and dry. Ample space for groups. Quite a few families with kids. I came around 5:45ish. Not very loud which I appreciate. I ordered the honey sriracha wings & sweet potato fries (simple since I was real hungry and don't want to be disappointed). So the fries were good, as expected. The wings had a little kick but didn't really taste the honey or much spice (I like spice). Think I probably would try the chipotle lime wings next time. Overall I like the place as a nice after work chill spot. Down side: no happy hour. The food I'd probably give 3 stars. But the friendliness of the bar staff, and chill vibe of the place makes me feel like bumping up it's score. Note: decided to keep at 3 stars. Feel the food could've been more flavorful. Still nice place to chill with a drink.

One of my friends and I met up here to catch up. When I arrived at about 4:30 I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and they were just opening. I was greeted and decided to sit at the bar. The spot was so cute and spacious, also they had indoor and outdoor dining. I was told they were having a band that night as well as they frequently do. Our bartender was Ray and it was his first day but he did so well and kept his composure. For my drink I ordered the fresh made red sangria and that wasn't bad at all. My friend ordered a glass of white wine which she enjoyed. For my meal I ordered the beyond meat burger with fries and that was good and filling. *This bar has a lot of vegan and vegetarian options fyi.* I also ordered the malbec wine and that was pretty tasty. My bill was very affordable. I must say I felt well treated at this spot and I will definitely return for another visit.

Friend and I stopped her for a bite. We got the wings which were ok. Nachos and I got a chicken sandwhich and he got a burger. I really the food was just ok. Not awful but nothing g I'd return to

Beyond over priced for sub par food. Most outrageous was the kids mac and cheese. Matchbox car for size reference. It was cold & it was Stouffers brand. Can't believe they felt it's ok to charge $10

Impressive whiskey selection. Not that I drink whiskey.

Nice ambiance. However showed up at 9:57 and wanted to order some wings. I asked when kitchen closed and they indicated ten pm. However they had already shut the oil down for the evening. So no food available which was a bummer. Beer selection was great but place was a bit dead. Will come back again and make sure to get there well ahead of kitchen closing. Came back a second time and tried the wings. They unfortunately weren't that great. The sauce wasn't hot at all and they were quite average. Unfortunately pickets is now dead to me.

Right across from the Audi dealership in a former dive bar is now an elegant but casual neighborhood eatery. Picketts has great food, a lovely dining room and an inviting and large outdoor space in the back. My son ordered the cheeseburger from the kid's menu and I had the fish tacos. The former received two thumbs up: the burger is a nice size, served on a nice toasted bun along with a generous order of fries. The fries are served in a basket lined with Picketts parchment paper, which was a nice touch. The fish tacos were yummy and satisfying. Three fresh, crispy battered fish filets are stuffed in your choice of corn or flour tortillas (I opted for the corn, which added a hint ofsweetness). The topping was not the typical cabbage slaw that I usually see in California; instead, it's a savory mix of pico de gallo, cojita cheese and citrus. Squeeze a bit of lime on top and this is a perfect summer meal! The only downside is parking: since the parking lot is now a dining area, you have to park on the street. This fills up quickly with all the nieghborhood activities (restaurant, car dealership, car rental and other businesses).

How are the wings? If you have been to the prior place oreilleys, how do they compare?

Just ok. Much better wings elsewhere.

Ordered a strawberry lemonade, fried gyoza (with chicken; not pictured since I was starving and ate it too fast), dumplings (also with chicken) with crispy onions and bean sprouts, I got the miso ramen (with chicken...appears to be a theme), and my GF got the Katsu Curry (yep, theme confirmed. Came with chicken). Fried gyoza was an easy 5/5. Perfectly cooked and the dipping sauce was divine. Will definitely order again. Dumplings had a nicely-sized piece of shrimp along with ground pork inside. Dumpling skin wasn't too thin and wasn't too thick. The sauce they came in was also quite tasty. 4.5/5. My miso ramen was delish. Broth was savory, ramen noodles had a nice chew...would also reorder. 4.5/5. My GF 's Katsu Curry...she said it was decent enough but it was kind of bland because there wasn't enough curry sauce. She gave it a 3/5. All in all, we both said we'd be back. Next time I'm sure she'll try a ramen dish instead, I'll probably reorder what I got this first time.

I went with a group of 3 and all ordered ramen and the karaage appetizer, but the karaage was just slightly crispy and barely had any flavor, the sauce really saved that dish but definitely would pass on that dish. All 3 ramens were average. The pork cha shu was tender though which was the highlight, but overall broth was pretty standard. Particularly my miso ramen didn't have that much flavor. Service and staff was a bit slow, but food came out pretty fast. Overall not bad, but will probably give this place another go sometime and try some of the other dishes.

This is a nice quiet spot, nice atmosphere, great service from the waitress. I started off with the chicken dumplings, probably the lowest rating food I had. I'll give it about a three and a half, that's because it was a little too wet. The chicken was solely in the middle, so there's a lot of dumpling, not a lot of chicken, i did enjoy the peanut sauce. Then I had some sambal sauce, vegetables, chicken and white rice on the side. Now that was really, really good. Nice and spicy, a great mix of vegetables, very fresh, very filling, super surprised by that. This establishment honestly deserves to be a lot more crowded than it actually was. It was very empty in there, I was the only table in there. But overall, just great service. In addition to that, I was also able to spin a wheel for spending over 60 bucks and got myself a free drink the next time. Highly recommended, pop out if you're in the area. Great overall. .5
