The ambiance is pretty chill the inside offers various sitting booths a few cool LED lights on the wall . The main centerpiece of the room was the LED butterfly . Lastly for the items ordered some small let downs were the fresh strawberry water tasted a bit like refrigerator .. like the syrup was sitting but the drink was still drinkable . The crepe was good could have been great but the portion of Ice cream for 15 dollars was a bit underwhelming and the temperature wasn't all that warm once served . I got the churro Loko and got a scoop of chocolate and coffee ice cream and the presentation was solid but I couldn't help but the notice the sour taste in the ice cream almost like it was expired. The churro was good but I couldn't take anymore bites of the ice cream so I started smelling it and it smelled sour. I threw it away as soon as I smelled it . But as I'm writing this review my stomach seem upset hopefully not food poisoning but yeah really disgusting ice cream. Food shouldn't make you want to question if it's expired or not. I was so excited to try this place and am so sad that I didn't like it. I had the horchata which tasted like it was made with a ton of condensed milk and some rice milk from a box. It was way too sweet and just didn't taste fresh or homemade at all. For $9 I was really expecting a delicious homemade horchata. I also got a strawberry and banana crepe. It was fine but it really wasn't impressive and for $16 I expected way more. It had maybe 1/2 a banana and 2 whole strawberries (maybe even 1) on the crepe. Wow, so much hate for this place! I thought peeps were harsh with their one-star reviews!!! I'm glad I didn't experience what they experienced with customer service. Or are those stains permanent??? They had closed off part of the dining area because of COVID. There was enough seating for 5 or 6 peeps though. They didn't have any churro available that day. Great. That was what appealed to us from the pictures on their menu! Instead, we ordered the Cookie Monster Bubble Waffle. They put it in this featherweight carton container that kept falling when you try to let it stand on the table. I can't believe I don't have a pic of it. I appreciated that all the churros were made fresh to order and served nice and warm. Because of that, it takes around 5 minutes to prepare the order. Although it looked really well made, it was a bit over-fried and crunchy to the point of being hard on the outside. It was rather hollow on the inside and there wasn't really enough fluffy dough.
