    Asada Fries!

The food was so good! My mother in law and I went here on day trip and it was phenomenal. The service was great and it really felt like a family owned restaurant. I got the asada fries and my MIL got the Arizona Omelette, which had cactus on it! Everything was so good!

We were greeted right when we walked in and sat right away. That same man was our waiter. He was very nice. We ordered some drinks and then our entrees soon after that. I got the chimichanga shredded beef burrito enchilada style with the red sauce, which had the best roasted chili flavor I've ever had, and it was not spicy. It came with a small cup of soup and rice and beans. I could only finish half the plate. The building itself was rectangular and small and had booths and tables. Everything we had was so delicious and the service was very attentive. I would definitely come back to eat here next time I'm in town.

The space still has that nice rustic charm with plenty of seating inside and outside on their nice patio. Ordering, however, has changed. Beers, cocktails, nonalcoholic beverages, cans to-go, and food is all ordered up at the bar. There was 1 lone employee working the bar; taking orders, pouring beers, mixing cocktails, and closing people out at the register. This was so incredibly inefficient, particularly on such a busy day. I stood in line 3 separate times (once to initially order two pints, a second time to order a flight of other beers we wanted to taste, and a final time to purchase two cans to-go and close out my tab); each time in line took between 15-25 minutes. The girl behind the bar was very friendly and she was working as quickly as possible while maintaining a relatively happy attitude, but boy did I feel bad for her. Management really messed this up; someone needed to step in and help. With such a big celebration in town that day, there needed to be a minimum of 3 employees manning the bar to take orders and get drinks. As for the beer itself, as usual it's just average. Great if you're looking for something cold to enjoy, but not memorable if you're a craft beer nerd. We went in knowing what the quality would be, but still wanted to try all the new beers since we hadn't been in a couple of years. We didn't eat while there, but in the past when we have, the food is good. The knock of two stars was simply for the horrible management of orders. I don't know when they decided to get rid of waiters and put all the pressure onto the bartender, but geez what an awful decision that was.

It was around 6 pm on a Wednesday and there were only about 6 guest in the restaurant. We were seated immediately and our server, a very polite young man( first day as a server) took our drink orders. He came quickly with our drinks and took our order. We ordered potato skins for an appetizer, they were good, not great. A little bland but they were huge! My wife ordered the St Louis Ribs which were the special for the day. She said they were delicious. Our son ordered the fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy. He ate every bite. Said it was real good. I ordered the 8 oz sirloin which was cooked perfect. I also had mashed potatoes and gravy which were delicious as well. The gravy had an awesome taste. The food was great, the young man ( and woman) who waited on us were great ( very attentive), the only drawback was it was a little pricey, but so close to the Grand Canyon I can see why. Great job team.

I also had their Arizona sunset tea cocktail, that wasn't half bad so only had one then switched to Arnold Palmers. For dinner my fiancé had the blackened chicken salad which they took literally cause he mentioned it was super dry. I had their Arizona salmon with wild rice and Seasonal veggies (greenbeans) My salmon was good but also VERY dry so the bartender brought me out some of their bourbon glaze. Not that glaze was amazing and definitely help add life to My fish. We may go back for drinks cause Cass the bartender was amazing but probably not eat there again.

Walk in, scan the QR code or grab a menu and find a seat. Plan your meal and visit the bar to order (better than being ignored across the street). Self-serve your drinks and before you know it you have food. My wife had Ceasar salad and was pleasantly surprised to find it contained halved cherry tomatoes. A salad is a salad, unless it's bad. You rarely notice if good, but this one was. A perfect salad lunch for her. My daughter had spaghetti and meatballs. She loved it. We're usually picky about Italian food and rarely order it from a non Italian place, but we've been on the road and she was starving. From the first bite she was hooked. Bursting with flavor, certainly part pork and full of herbs. Clearly made in house. My son and I split a margarita pizza and it hit hard. Paper thin. For dinner we'd need one each, but for lunch splitting it was perfect. Great flavor top to bottom. The paper thin crust, the tangy sauce, and good quality cheese topped with a generous amount of fresh basil. Bonus for the red hot sauce (green tasted artificial) which I grabbed a spoon to taste with as soon as we sat down, I love hot sauce. And for the classic rock playlist. Highly recommend for a quick meal.

That really slows the line down and just felt like a really poor system. You need someone else to make drinks while you have another person to take orders. As for soft drinks you serve yourself from a machine, which is also fine. The pizza is really good. Not much else to say about it. The restaurant itself is pretty cool and quite large with indoor and outdoor seating and really has that Route 66 feel to it. Overall it's a really cool place for pizza and you should definitely check it out.

It is about the full experience, and food plays a huge role in that journey. Each town along the route offers something different, from nostalgic diners that feel frozen in time to unexpectedly refined restaurants that rival bigger cities. Located on Route 66 in downtown Williams, my partner and I decided on lunch at the Pizza Factory. We were greeted by the staff and got a table inside a casual vibe featuring auto racing decor, Baja, Rally, and NASCAR with various TVs showing sports. Their menu offers pizza, calzones, and Italian pastas, as well as a small salad bar. They are known for their hand-tossed pizzas made with dough made in-house and 100% real mozzarella cheese. I decided on the mini 8" pepperoni pizza (4 slices.) The pizza had a crispy bottom, ample toppings, and enough sauce, making it taste good. Nor did the toppings slide off. My partner got the veggie calzone. The food was all made fresh to order, and ingredients were on point! We ordered an XL half-and-half with All Meat and Factory Special, and yeah... it was huge. Definitely couldn't finish it. The crust reminded me of Pizza Hut, but since the pizza is so big, the bottom and crust came out extra crispy. A little too crunchy for my liking, honestly. Flavor was solid though. No complaints there. Overall, good portions and decent taste, but the service and overall vibe need some work. Not a bad spot for groups.
