A great breakfast spot. I ate here 3 years ago; it was great then and still great. Seated and coffee served within minutes. Ordered the Spanish Omelette special with a green chili smother. The omelette was an explosion of flavor with each bite. The servers never let my coffee get below 1/2 full. The restaurant is very clean while being located within an historical building. I look forward when in town again to dine here again.

On a recommendation as the best breakfast in Williams, I stopped into Anna's which is housed in this historic building right off Hwy 66. I ordered the corned beef hash breakfast with over-easy eggs and hash browns. Despite the corned beef hash not being scratch it was still a very good breakfast experience overall. The coffee was just okay, but the strip of bacon that I tried was perfection. The service was good, the dining room was clean, and the owner, Anna, even stopped by the table and was very friendly. The value for the meal was good as well. I'd definitely consider stopping in the next time I'm in the area and driving down Hwy 66.

Camping in the area, I discovered Anna's when researching where to get hot coffee at 6am- Initially their website gave me a "um what" feeling, as their menu offered seemingly such a strange randomness of Mexican, American, Oriental, and other flavor profiles, but the charm of it all grew on me, and I decided we should also eat there for the fun of it. Such a solid decision, the ample variety made it hard to choose, as their combinations sounded very unique and delectable- and everything was so reasonably priced. The staff was initially very welcoming & quick with the coffee. When we arrived, we were seated along with a few other tables of drive-thru trucker regulars- hearing their friendly banter, with the staff, gave a great local routine morning happiness ambiance. We opted for the Southwestern Country Fried Steak & the Breakfast Burrito The plate portions were massive- the country fried steak was amply smothered with cheese & a delicious pork green chili. The entire plate had so much bold flavor; a quintessential diner homecooked well-made quality meal If we lived in the area, we'd be regulars too- a very highly recommended eat

I'm very disappointed with this restaurant's policy. Our group didn't even sit at the same table, yet they still forced a 20% group tip on our both separate bills. We were separated the entire time, had different servers, and didn't receive any kind of "group" service -- but somehow still got charged like we did. When we asked about it, the staff didn't offer any explanation other than "it's policy and written on the menu." It feels unfair, misleading, and honestly disrespectful to customers. If you're going to add a mandatory tip, at least make sure the situation actually qualifies. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for honest and transparent service.

I had a very pleasant experience with a helpful server & a delicious egg breakfast. I will travel the US & bring my wife here for the old style atmosphere, great service, reasonable prices & excellent service.

Whenever I find myself in Williams, AZ, I always have breakfast (or occasionally lunch) at Anna's. The food is always consistently good, wait staff friendly and their prices aren't as inflated as some of their competitors. The restaurant is in the parlor of a one time cat house and still retains some of its bawdy charm. They also have a small gift shop that sells some fun items, some Route 66 paraphernalia and some noting their questionable history. lol

I asked for coffee and she handed me a menu and she asked if I knew what I wanted to eat. I said I needed some time to look at the menu and she frowned and walked away without saying a word. It was obvious she thought I was going to be there a while and didn't want me sitting at the table long. She returned with the coffee and said "You know if it gets busy...." leaving the sentence hanging. I replied I would leave if it did (the restaurant only had maybe 3 tables full at that point, by the time I left at 640 there were two tables empty). After eating the food, which was quite good, I promptly packed up and left as soon as I could 25 minutes after being seated. I walked down to Brewed Awakenings, got a coffee there and sat down at my computer to do some work. In a small restaurant I totally understand that you need to keep tables moving so there is not a wait, but there is a polite and subtle way to message to a patron that they need to move along so other folks can sit down. You can deliver the check early, ask if you are finished, ask if there is anything else you need. Ways to communicate to a patron that they need the table. This was certainly not it. I eat out often, I tip very well, but I have to say this is the first time I felt unwelcome and rushed at a place in a very, very long time. While the food was good, this was not the way to start off day 2 of my roadtrip. In today's economy, making your customers feel like they need to eat and run, and doing so in a rude way, is a master class in how to make your restaurant fail. I do not recommend this place.

The setup is counter-service, and one thing that caught me off guard was being asked to choose whether we wanted to sit upstairs or downstairs before we'd even seen either area. I picked upstairs, but after getting up there, I probably would have preferred downstairs. The upstairs bar was closed, which made the space feel a little empty. Food-wise, everything was just... mid. I ordered the Smokehouse Burger with fries. The burger itself was fine, but there wasn't much flavor. The pulled pork on top was absolutely drenched in BBQ sauce that tasted like it came straight from a grocery store bottle, and it completely overpowered everything else. The fries arrived room temperature and bland. I ended up covering them in salt and dipping them in ketchup, which I rarely do. My boyfriend ordered the Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese. The mac and cheese didn't taste fresh, wasn't very hot, and was lacking flavor. The chicken was decent, and the bread on the side was okay, but nothing stood out. The one thing I really did enjoy was the theming. The restaurant fits the Bearizona atmosphere well, and I appreciated the rustic lodge feel. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the setting. The ingredients felt low quality, and there wasn't any exceptional service to make up for it. If we visit Bearizona again, we'll probably eat in town before heading to the park. I'm glad we tried it once, but once was enough.

We're usually picky about Italian food and rarely order it from a non Italian place, but we've been on the road and she was starving. From the first bite she was hooked. Bursting with flavor, certainly part pork and full of herbs. Clearly made in house. My son and I split a margarita pizza and it hit hard. Paper thin. For dinner we'd need one each, but for lunch splitting it was perfect. Great flavor top to bottom. The paper thin crust, the tangy sauce, and good quality cheese topped with a generous amount of fresh basil. Bonus for the red hot sauce (green tasted artificial) which I grabbed a spoon to taste with as soon as we sat down, I love hot sauce. And for the classic rock playlist. Highly recommend for a quick meal.

Her tone and body language were completely unacceptable and made us feel like an inconvenience and unwelcome. The space still has that nice rustic charm with plenty of seating inside and outside on their nice patio. Ordering, however, has changed. Beers, cocktails, nonalcoholic beverages, cans to-go, and food is all ordered up at the bar. There was 1 lone employee working the bar; taking orders, pouring beers, mixing cocktails, and closing people out at the register. This was so incredibly inefficient, particularly on such a busy day. I stood in line 3 separate times (once to initially order two pints, a second time to order a flight of other beers we wanted to taste, and a final time to purchase two cans to-go and close out my tab); each time in line took between 15-25 minutes. The girl behind the bar was very friendly and she was working as quickly as possible while maintaining a relatively happy attitude, but boy did I feel bad for her. Management really messed this up; someone needed to step in and help. With such a big celebration in town that day, there needed to be a minimum of 3 employees manning the bar to take orders and get drinks. As for the beer itself, as usual it's just average. Great if you're looking for something cold to enjoy, but not memorable if you're a craft beer nerd. We went in knowing what the quality would be, but still wanted to try all the new beers since we hadn't been in a couple of years. We didn't eat while there, but in the past when we have, the food is good. The knock of two stars was simply for the horrible management of orders. I don't know when they decided to get rid of waiters and put all the pressure onto the bartender, but geez what an awful decision that was.

We also tried to order mac and cheese as a side and were told they were out... at 5pm. Odd, but whatever. Then we sat down and watched multiple other tables get mac and cheese with their meals, so that was frustrating. We ordered the partner platter with ribs, pulled pork, and brisket. All three meats came out cold. Even if they had been hot, the flavor was pretty meh. We went back for another round of drinks and ordered the watermelon margarita special for Memorial Day and another beer.
