This restaurant has been in Parker for many years. I've only eaten here a few times over the last 20 years. The service was a bit slowToday the food was ok. The chips were a little over-cooked. The salsa was pretty good. My guy said his huge, smothered chicken burritos lacked flavor, tasting only the flour tortilla. My tamales were good. Definitely sloppy presentation, but really, I wasn't looking for a piece of edible art. The soapapillas were the best part of the meal. A little heavy dough, but they were tasty. No, it's bad. We went here one night because the mexican place we usually go to was busier than we felt like dealing with. I really hate to be this way but I really can't think of a single nice thing to say about this place. The food, it was terrible. Mexican food is always the one type of food that can be mostly crap and still be passable. I mean, I can eat Taco Bell without any ill effects. But this place? Oh my goodness it was awful. It was both tasteless and offensive at the same time. Even the consistency was off. My food was sort of.... watery and runny. Then also, it was really dirty in there. At first I thought this was a good sign. There was a Mexican restaurant in a town I used to live in that was filthy; there was always a bunch of food stuck in between the pages of the menus and I don't think they ever wiped the booths off and that place was awesome! But apparently dirty menus does not make food good and when the food is bad all that grime is just gross. The service was also super slow. We waited over 10 minutes to pay and there was no one in front of us, it was just that the person running the register was also on the phone taking a to go order and couldn't figure out how to ring it up and so there were about 3 other employees standing there trying to figure it out. I moved away from Parker recently and I must say that Las Delicias will definitely not be a place I would ever make a trip back to visit. read more

We've enjoyed Las Delicias since moving to Parker and have come here often. Recently (10/26) we brought family with and the manager (the bartender told me his name was Evar but I don't know that for certain since he didn't introduce himself) was so rude and unkind to them that it made the whole meal uncomfortable. What seemed to set him off was asking him: "excuse me sir when you have time can you please take some of the extra water glasses so we have more room." Evar then scolded us and said "we'll we are really full if you haven't noticed and if you'd wanted more room you should have waited for a different table." We tried to explain we weren't complaining about our table but he was very upset at this point. He then grabbed all the water glasses and stormed away. I'm not one to write negative reviews (this is my first one ever), but our evening out was ruined because of how he treated us. We won't be going back. read more

If you didn't know to look for this restaurant you would likely never see it. Don't let the lack of curb appeal fool you, there is a hidden gem inside this side street restaurant. If you are expecting an upscale experience go elsewhere, however if you want a quaint, authentic Mexican restaurant with scrumptious food to boot then I challenge you to try this place. We ordered the supreme nachos for the table which pleasantly contained all the fixing you would want but in the middle of the plate so the bottom chips were not soggy. And for a person who is not a guacamole fan in general, I found the fresh, homemade sauce to be perfectly done. My kids had a generous portion of a quesadilla while I opted for the shrimp fajitas. Pretty good mexican food for Parker. I would take this place over Bamba and Guadalajara. However, don't forget to take some medication, because this restaurant does a number on your stomach. Chips & salsa are great. Burritos and tacos are pretty good. Crispy rellenos are good, but not as good as other places. Enchiladas are not very good. Service is fine, but very quick. Good sopapillas too! I'd like to try their breakfast burritos sometime. An awesome mexican place in parker needs to open up ASAP. read more

The staff was nice, the food was really good but the restaurant was unbelievably run down. Why is this restaurant such a hole? The bathrooms had no working handles on the stalls and the door knob to get into the bathroom was falling apart . Stained ceiling tiles.... I mean why? I think the food is good and at a pretty good price. For me service was decent as well, but I give the place 3 stars for the cheap feel and ambience. The drinks felt a little off as well. For the ambience there are things that were either dirty or broken if you look around. It feels like they don't want to put any money back into the place. We had a classic margarita which was ok, but it kind of tasted sweet which I found weird. It's almost like they put extra sugar in the mix. Our Family has been going to this Las Delicias since 1998. They know our family by name (probably all 3 generations). Chuy always talks to us the minute we walk in the door. The food is amazing and the staff even better. Last night was a very emotional night for our family because my sister's grown son is moving to San Diego with his new wife. If you want the most bland, uninspired food and unfriendly waitstaff you've found your place. Our waiter actually rolled his eyes at me when I asked if the horchata was made fresh in the restaurant or if it was from a machine. The chips? Stale, cold and greasy. Tamale? Bland. Fajitas? I rate this a 3 based on atmosphere and not good margaritas. The margs were $7.50 and maybe had one shot total of actual alcohol in them. But over all just meh. I wouldn't get them. Went here with my wife last Thursday for dinner. We figure you can't go wrong because we go to the ones in Denver and Thornton. Well we were wrong. No atmosphere in the restaurant and a guy came to the table with chips and salsa. Asked him if it was spicy and he chuckled and said i don't know then walked away. The waitress came over and had no personality. She never smiled and acted like she did want to be there. The food was average and not a whole lot of taste to it. This is nothing like the other ones. This was probably one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Parker until today. My husband placed a pick up order today. 3 chicharrón burritos with a side of rice with chips and salsa. When we went to pick up the order he was given one container with all 3 burritos inside. I then took the order inside and told them that we had ordered 3 burritos and that we were wanting 3 different containers as 3 people would be eating. The young man who was at the counter advised me that the order was placed as a #37 rather than 3 separate burritos, that if I wanted separate containers I needed to pay $5 more or he could bring me the containers and I could separate them myself. He then proceeded to ask one of the employees in Spanish how the order was taken. He was told that the order was taken as 3 burritos de chicharrones, not as a #37. I'm fluent in Spanish and understood exactly what they were saying. My issue is not paying an additional $5, $10, or whatever the amount. My issue is his attitude. He was extremely rude, arrogant, disrespectful and condescending. When I asked to speak to a Manager I was told by him that he was the manager. I am extremely disappointed in the restaurant and how they treat their customers. This will be the last time I will be visiting this location and I am sure to spread the word on my dissatisfaction with the personnel. read more

Well they say one bad experience can turn away the best of customers. I ordered to go 3 smothered beef burritos and due to a misunderstanding I ended up with bean burritos which I will not eat. I called to let them know of the mistake and they simply said, "I took your order and that's what you said you wanted". I'm no expert but it seems that whether I made a mistake or they did, it would cost them much to make what I wanted to keep me happy considering I normally eat there at least once a week. We have lived in Parker for thirty years. We have gone to this restaurant since it opened. Decided to go in today for a quick lunch. I asked the waiter if they had a lunch menu. He said,​ "that's​ it"! ​Ohh.. It appeared to be the one and only menu. I ordered a chimichanga, that was covered in too much salt. I complained to the waiter & to the young man at the register. The guy at the register told me he let the kitchen know. I didn't expect a full compensation, perhaps something else from the menu, same price range....but nothing. Considering how much money it costs to eat out, I've decided to start voicing my complaints if the food is terrible. Must be 2nd or 3rd generation running the restaurant now. We won't go back! Don't go here. It's the worst Mexican food I think I've ever had. I ordered a combo plate so I could try multiple things. The beef tacos were the only thing on my plate I wanted to take a 2nd bite of, and I did finish it because I was really hungry. We visited with our apartment complex community for a tenant event, and were very pleased! We only snacked on chips and salsa, a variety of appetizers, and margaritas, but everything was fresh and delicious! The restaurant was clean and much larger than it appears from the outside. I have been going to Las Delicias with my family since I was super young. The workers have always been extremely friendly, respectful, and diligent. Not only are the workers amazing, but the food is just as good in my opinion. I usually just get a smothered bean burrito (which let me tell you the green chili is to die for), but my dad usually tries different dishes every time we go. Each dish is as good as the last and I have never been disappointed by any food they bring. Las Delicias is a great place if you are craving a good mexican dish with great service. read more

Yum! Fantastic authentic sloppy Mexican food. The restaurant itself isn't fancy but the food makes up for it. We have enjoyed enjoyed the food at other Las Delicias locations and have always had great service and food. This place was okay but in general I don't think Parker knows how to make anything spicy. I had the relleno plate to try both the crispy and soft versions. They were as expected: the crispy one has cheddar cheese with the Colorado-mex wonton wrapper, the soft had the authentic breading however the cheese that wasn't fully melted. My fiancee asked for his burrito "spicy", and to be fair, the waiter asked "you want jalapenos?". Wow, that was definitely what he got. Probably a whole can of diced jalapenos dumped on top. I don't think that equates to adding heat to a dish. Oh well. read more

Heck no! I eat here a couple of times each month. The service is super fast and friendly. The food always comes to the table hot. I am a huge fan of the chips and salsa (if a mexican place has bad chips and salsa, I go somewhere else). The prices are also excellent. Obviously it's no Hacienda Colorado so don't come expecting upscale Mexican food. However, if you enjoy the classics, this place is perfect. I usually order the mexican hamburger which I have never been disappointed in. The smothered burritos are also delicious. Honestly, I have never been there when I did not think the food was good. We've gone here for years. Tonight when I did a take out order, I ordered chicken fajitas to go. Tonight the portions were noticeably smaller. I called to ask about them, and the hostess answered the phone and told me that there were new cooks in the kitchen. Since I'm not sure what to make of that answer, I asked to talk to the manager, and he told me that my order was fine. He rudely told me that he wasn't going to give me back any money, but he would talk to the kitchen. NOW--I never asked for anything. Not a refund, nothing. I simply wanted to know about what was up with their portion size. I think with all the good Mexican restaurants around, we will visit them. Las Delicias clearly doesn't want our business, and it seems like they really don't want anyone's business employing a Sat. night manager with such a bad attitude. read more
