This is probably one of the best ballpark food you can find. Their burgers are amazing, and the fries are super hot. Things to keep in mind this is a snack shack so seating is outdoors and limited. Went here instead of in and out to get my kids burgers and fries before we drove back home to the Bay Area. Unfortunately, the kids burgers were really bad. None of them ate it. I tried a bite too and confirmed. The meat was unappetizing and oily. Not sure how the regular burgers are but I wouldn't come back to find out. I live in the area so I've had lunch here before. On my last visit I ordered my usual but this time I found the burger lacking in condiments! Barely any "fixins" to be seen. After an afternoon of hard playing at the park my daughter wanted something cold and refreshing so I figured since we've never ordered from here we'll try a snow cup. Oh my gosh....the syrup and course ice DO NOT make a good pair. My daughter didnt like it, she said the syrup tasted like medicine and the ice was way too hard and not enjoyable and handed the cup to me. We'll save our snow cone aka shave ice cravings for when we're back home. The four stars is for the customer service only!! A Forbidden and secret Island, FORBIDDEN! comfortable seating for 5. FIVE! Power Stearing and a big sun roof. ROOF! Okay not really a sun roof, its a paddle boat...but there is actually a ....FORBIDDEN ISLAND!!!...legend has it that a group of weary paddlers once stopped at the Forbbiden Island and never brought their paddle boat back. Been here many times. The prices are great, the food is usually good, and it's a convenient location. However, today the two hot dogs I ordered came out nearly uncooked. I ate half of one and then threw the rest away. It should have been obvious to the cook that the hot dogs were not cooked since there were absolutely zero grill or char marks on the hot dogs. They looked exactly like they do when you pull them out of the refrigerator. You can't see the cook at the snack shop, but I could hear her voice, and it was a woman or a girl. There was a line by the the time I took my first bite, and I did not want to embarrass her, plus I was in a hurry. But if there was no one in line, and I had plenty of time, she would have gotten an earful. read more

At little league games or after playing in the park, you'd find a way to scam $1.00 out of your mom or dad to buy some crazy-ass junk food like Bottlecaps or Pop Rocks. Sno cones, yes they have them.... But believe or not the main attraction is the cheese burgers!! Just the way I like them a single thin patty cooked on the griddle... The end result is a jucy burger, finished off with shredded lettuce, pickle and a great special sauce.
