It's easy to miss but located on I Ave, it's situated front and centered in a small plaza. They have flags and banners announcing when they're open. The place is so spacious and very clean! It was my first time here and the place was quite cozy. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The menu is MASSIVE, I mean it has everything you would want. They also offer beer and aguas but also serve regular soft drinks. I ordered the tacos and omg they were so good! Served neat and clean, with lots of goodness! No skimping out on meat here! I mean in other places they chop the hell out of the meat into the smallest chunks they can while here at the gallo you can actually SEE what you're eating! They also have many different salsas, my favorite is the avocado salsa! Definitely give this place a try, you won't regret it! read more

Stopped here on a whim and was not disappointed. First impression was how clean it as and smelled nice (I know that's kind of a low bar but still surprisingly an issue at some places). Second, the staff was very polite and friendly. I had the shrimp cocktail and a fish taco and my friend had a carne torta. The food was great, we both liked our order and the chips and salsa was also good. The fish tacos probably stood out to me, was so fresh and crispy. Best tacos in the desert! The chips and salsa are perfect. If I want Flautas I go to La Casita, but if I want tacos, I'm coming here. Nice cozy restaurant with quite the variety as far as the menu goes. As a parent, it was nice to have solid kid options like chicken fingers. There's no working A/C.. It was 95 degrees inside the restaurant. We ordered Asada Nachos and 2 Asada Tacos. We had to spit out pieces of the meat because it was chewy.. Nachos came with no onions or cilantro and no salsa. read more
