I had the mini chimis, and they came out hot, crispy, and really good. The rice and beans were delicious, and the bean dip they bring out with the chips is seriously addictive. Service was fast and friendly, and we were in and out without feeling rushed. It was such an easy, tasty lunch that I think I'm going to start making Thursday lunch dates in Vail a regular thing.
