The Maricoco: this was delicious and a huge portion but again, the whole plate felt room temperature instead of cold and refreshing 4. The Cajun Seafood Mix: this was really delicious and spicy! This dish is meant to be hot so it was piping hot 5. The molcajete: similar to the agua chile, the salsa negra was 10/10 and some of the fish were extremely raw and room Temperature. 6.
