Lastly, the store also seems to be out of stock in the produce section quite frequently, especially with greens (herbs, leafy vegetables, etc.). This store has loads of potential given its location and size and the things mentioned above can be worked out over time.

Sometimes, old produce is sold at the price of fresh, which should not be the case, at those prices, so it's best to fully inspect such purchases. The small tables in the seating area have been replaced, but they weren't measured, evidently, before acquiring them. They are all too long for that space, and now it's cramped and hard to sit comfortably at them, and the new chairs are so hard that its not a relaxing or comfortable place for eating anymore. When I opened the bag tonight, it was unusable and I had to throw it out because it was mostly spoiled The usual retort is, "Bring it back, we'll give you a refund or replace it." Sorry, that's the wrong answer. The problem is breach of trust. Why should I trust your products if you sell this garbage? I had a similar problem with a bag of TJ's baby lettuce, though this one was a little older. Here is my idea: fire the store manager for incompetence. I've been shopping at TJ's since 1981 (Southern California). Many more experiences like this and I'm out of here.
