    Friend order Shrimp Tostada.
    Diana Bustamante R.

Had not been here for a while, before would visit once a week. Food is fair, price is okay. Unfortunate order taker is apathetic, we almost walked out. She doesn't give a friendly greeting or a smile less offer any information. The music was very loud and had to ask if they can lower, which was difficult to do. Eventually the music was lowered. Disappointed with our experience, so it may be a while before returning.

    Shrimp and fish tacos.

Cash only. Private parking lots. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - wide selection. I've only been to a couple of these types of places & I'm always wanting ceviche. This time, it was an order of fish tacos, shrimp tacos, and a small cocktail. Oh, I forgot about the imitation crab on a tostada... yes, a very large order was placed. I keep forgetting how largely portioned everything is and tend to over order what my stomach can handle before going into food coma. I would recommend ordering 1-2 items off the menu for starters as you could always order more later. My favorite was the octopus cocktail - it came with slices of avocado, saltine crackers, cilantro, etc. I added lime juice and some of the hot sauce that was on the table for added flavor & spiciness. The shrimp and fish were both lightly fried & were topped with shredded lettuce and either pico de gallo or salsa. The tostada was layered with diced tomatoes, some onions here and there and imitation crab and slices of avocado. Tasted kind of plain, so I added some lime juice. There is seating inside - good for groups. 1 TV & lots of sea/beach decor. Good price for the amount of food you're getting. Come hungry.

We came across this Gem! We were looking for a seafood restaurant, to dine in. Let me tell you this place is GREAT!! FOOD is fresh, great taste and the right severing portions. We will be back and we do highly recommend it if you are in the area.. We came all the from Hawthorne and let me tell you it was worth the drive. We be back again! Best Valentine's day Lunch!!!

    The Shrimp Burrito not good!

Not satisfied with the food... I decided to try this place since the reviews seem alright... 1st note the rice tasted old and stale. The shrimp was dirty and why is there salad on the burrito?i didn't expect large pieces of carrots in the burrito. I only ate 1/3 of it because I was hungry . The dining room was extremely small only 3 tables were inside which were all occupied. The patio is bigger but it's summer and the heat it didn't make this meal pleasant..

If you like Mexican seafood, man is this the place! I've been coming here for a few years, and it's so good! I usually order the breaded shrimp plate (camarones empanizados) and the Campechana, which is the greatest Shrimp Cocktail ever. It has shrimp, octopus, oysters, etc, seriously one of the best. The breaded shrimp are so tasty and come with tartar sauce to make them even better. The fish and shrimp tacos are huge and totally delicious. They come with so much shrimp and fish and are served on 2 corn tortillas with lots of cabbage. They also sell beer and wine coolers, if you want to enjoy a Corona with your Shrimp Cocktail. All of the food here is good, inexpensive, and comes in pretty big portions. They're cash only and there is not an ATM near by, so be prepared and come with cash. It is in East LA, so it's not the nicest place or in the nicest part of town, so make sure you lock your car and enjoy. :)

Tacos dorados de camaron. Tostada de aguachile

Food was ok. Aguachiles are spicy, extremely spicy!! Only reason im rating this review a 3 stars is because of the cashier. The cashier needs to learn how to communicate with people. Took 30 min to receive our food

You could drive right pass it if you don't know it's there and from the outside it doesn't look to appetizing, but that all changes once you go inside. Super fresh seafood, generous portions & awesome prices. I luv their fish tacos, shrimp ceviche, campechana cocktails & seafood soup. I'm a costeñita & I know good seafood and believe me this is great seafood.

Fish tacos. Clearly store bought fish!!!
    Jose G.

Too bad yelp won't allow you to use minus starts!... I was passing through and look at their menu (fish tacos & shrimp tacos) by the pictures looks good (even though you can't see the fish nor the shrimp) I decided to stop by and eat!.... My worse $10.95 I have ever spent in my life!!!!!... The shrimp and fish are breaded and deep fried.... STORE BOUGHT CRAP!.... Nothing is fresh except the half of pound of cabbage on top with sour cream and salsa. If you ever want to try some good fish tacos, go try fish taco express (1mile away) or baja fish tacos (about a mile away too)....I hope I don't get diarrhea with this crap of food!!!!!

they have coconut filled with seafood!

Food good but female staff has a serious problem with boundaries when it comes to men. Hard to watch. Not a family place

The service was nice to their customers and were very helpful on what to try out on the menu. The ambiance here was quite nice. Was very spacious and I feel like it would be a great place to hangout with friends and family after a long day of work. Would definitely recommend this place to all Seafood Lovers!

For the price of food and the amount you get, I can't complain! The flavor of their own seafood boil sauce (boom sauce?) is a standard seafood boil flavor, it's legit. The flavors don't overwhelm you and make you wanna go to the toilet right away, you know what I mean? The family pack comes with 3 corn on the cob, 3 sausage pieces and 3 potatoes (like a medium sized potato!) it was good but I wish the seafood had time to sit in the sauce, you can tell the food was dumped on the sauce. We had to fight to scoop some sauce onto our mussels cause the bag was so full of food- what a good problem to have. Maybe the sauce is a bit thin? Maybe that's why it didn't stick to the food? Service was good, the ladies were attentive and professional. The decor looked like this place was known to be a bar- I mean there's a huge bar to the side. There's even a second floor but no one was seated there so it doesn't look used. Cute decor with the sea theme. Not happy about their toilet in the women's restroom. There's a a sign saying to please not dispose the toilet seat covers in the toilet cause it could clog it up. I was being a nice person and went to the trouble of respecting their wishes. It was gross as I was being careful not to touch the peed parts of the toilet seat cover. Don't judge me, only God can judge me! Come here to feed your family and friends at a very reasonable price! And if you're a lady you're gonna have to hover while you pee if you don't want to deal with the toilet seat cover disposal issue...

The shrimp were cooked to just the right consistency, not overdone and rubbery. It also came with sausage, which was plump and flavorful. Not too spicy. The oysters were fresh, briny and paired with lots of lemon (upon request) and Tapatio. Delicious! The garlic bread was good, and supported the meal well. Our server, Nick, was great. Attentive, helpful with the menu and Johnny-On-Spot with more napkins, lemons and refills. We got there at around 5:30, without a wait (for a party of two). However, it was already packed, and by the time we left, there was a good amount of people waiting to be seated. The restaurant was clean, lively and bustling. There are even robots rolling around delivering food, utensils, etc. A pretty cool experience. For two people, we had a great shrimp boil with delicious sides, garlic bread and six oysters as an appetizer for a great price. Can't wait to try it for lunch. We'll definitely be back!!
