I literally stumbled across this places as I was wandering heavily beveraged through Portland. Not much I remember about this place or the night honestly but I remember eating that delicious carnitas burrito at the small standing table area on the side of the stand. The red salsa was fire hot but packed plenty of flavor. The burrito came out fast. The linewas long but it didn't take long at all. Just a warning- the hot sauce is pretty hot. Make sure you've got some water with you. My girlfriend and I came to this food truck after looking around the area near Voodoo donuts. We were hungry late at night and we weren't from the area so we decided to follow my girlfriend's cravings and go for the only Mexican food truck in the surrounding area. Cute food truck across from voodoo donuts. I was in the area with a couple hours to spare and decided to try voodoo doughnuts. The line up for voodoo was ridiculous so I decided to grab something from a food truck instead. Mexican sounded good and this place was right across so I grabbed food from here instead They only have seating for 3 people but lucky for me the family sitting left right when my food was ready. It was nicely in the shade so my pup was able to cool down while I chowed down. The tacos were good, I would say 3.5 but there are no half options but since I got a seat and shade for my dog, I'll bump it up. Spotted this place after I grabbed myself some doughnuts from across the street. I ended up getting a couple street tacos, one chicken and one carne asada. They were very reasonably priced. My order was taken by an extremely friendly young lady who even recommended the carne asada street taco. Overall both tacos were really delicious and very well seasoned as well as cooked to oerfection.
