I decided to venture out of my typical Chopollos/Tito's rotation and try out one of La Casita's vegetarian options. They are the only place I've seen around here that offers veggie meat! I went with the veggie pastor, made from marinated soy meat. If you're picturing soy curls that is not what this is. The burrito was large and definitely filling but had some flaws compared to other carts. Namely, the ingredients don't taste 'authentic'. The cheese is yellow, and the rice seemed water logged, or rather like the kinda of rice I could make at home (which is to say not good). This burrito was definitely more flavorful that some of the other veggie options I've had in the area and I was a fan of the soy meat.
