Their crèmecart Facebook page listed many enticing flavors, including: butter cookie and strawberry cheesecake ice cream; dark chocolate cookie and ginger ice cream; chocolate cookie with: salted caramel ice cream or coconut ice cream or chocolate ice cream; lemon cookie with: lavender ice cream or vanilla ice cream; gluten free almond cookie with vanilla or chocolate ice cream; and on July 4th, Apple Pie Ice Cream Sandies. They offer up a good variety and if you can't make up your mind opt for the 7-flavor ice cream flight. I choose a to dabble in a shrub float. New item for me. Shrub is a sweetened fruit infused vinegar. For the float they use the shrub (from local vendor Girl Meets Dirt), seltzer water, and your choice of ice cream. I definitely could see this being a summer drink. Has a bit of a bite from the vinegar (I'd advise to make sure it's all fully incorporated or you'll end up with a straight shot of the shrub).
