If getting your order correct is important to you AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I have been here 10 times and my order has been wrong more than 1/2 the time. The latest: My to-go order for a 10-Piece meal (and I paid extra to substitute 2 drumsticks for 2 breasts) came back with 2 breasts 2 thighs and 6 drumsticks. I rarely eat here, and now I remember why. It's just always a little bit disappointing. I ordered one of the family meals tonight via drive through. The voice said "we only have flour tortillas tonight, is that okay' Me: Uhm, what?? No. Actually it's not.... What do you mean? Voice: "We are out of corn tortillas, is that okay?" Me: "No, not really, 3 out of the 4 of us eating have a wheat allergy." Voice: No response. That's just plain annoying (yes, grammar nazi to some extent). Why are you asking me if it's okay and not offering an alternative. It was just a very odd exchange. At the window the lady wasn't particularly friendly. I asked her if she could pack us up some salsas and she said yeah they were in the bag. When I get home, and unpack there is 4 salsa verde (yay!) and 1 pico de gallo. 1??? For a 4 person dinner? That's a bummer But really, here's my issue - the carton of beans was FILLED with juice. when I drained it off, the container was 50% full. The cole slaw was about 70% full. Do NOT order in advance as when you arrive all doors are locked and they want you to go through the drive thru which makes no sense. Why did I order in advance 20 min ago - so my food would be ready!! By time I get through this line, my food will have been sitting ready for 15/20 min already. Several people gathered as they were in the same boat as me and one gentleman had just gone through the line and they forgot part of his order and while I was on the phone with them, they instructed him to go through the line again too. Went to the Camarillo location after seeing a commercial on TV. I ordered the double chicken fit plate and my wife ordered the power bowl. What a disappointment my meal was . I give it a two stars because it was a visual mess and the taste about the same. The power bowl was maybe three stars. Stale chips and bland almost tasteless guacamole. The overall restaurant rating is one star due to the filthy conditions. There was more salsa on the counter and floor than in the containers in the salsa bar, many if which were empty. The food here is always consistently good. They have great deals here and I get coupons in the mail. Affordable eating. I haven't been here in over a year because last time I went it was super slow and food was cold. Went there yesterday and there were about 6 cars in drive thru so I parked and went inside. One couple ahead of me at counter and 2 people behind counter. Girl was putting tortillas in baggies and a tall guy was putting change in cash drawer......neither looked up from their tasks to acknowledge customers waiting. After about 5 minutes of nothing happening, I asked the couple ahead of me if they had ordered yet, and they said "no one has taken our order". Both staff people heard him say it and neither looked up ... again. So I asked if there was anyone working the counter and the guy doing the change said he couldn't because he was handling the money.....and no one else came over. I said "I guess they don't want our business" and the couple waiting to order agreed - so we all walked out and went elsewhere to get food. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever experienced.....ever! The kids working there don't care at all about customers .... or even just having the decency or manners to acknowledge us! They need major training and maybe management needs to install cameras so they can see what actually happens in there. I will NEVER go there again...... read more

I've tried to give this place a few chances but each time I go it's terrible. The seating area is always filthy with lots of trash on the floor, the trash is always full. The chicken is always burnt they constantly forget to give you all of your food / order. The salsa bar is always low and very dirty. This used to be my favorite fast food in Camarillo. In the last year or so it's rapidly moved into my "only if I had no other options" slot. Every visit of mine I encounter something, but until now I've been able to brush it off. My most recent visit turned me off completely to this location. It wasn't the slow line or the absent person at the speaker taking their sweet time to take orders. No. That I've come to expect these days. Instead it was that they were out of salsa completely (except avocado sauce, meh). I didn't know this until AFTER paying. I drive away and realize they forgot a burrito. All I ordered was two things, a bowl and a burrito, so it was very clearly obvious there was no burrito in the bag. I drove back around and got in the ridiculously slow line again. When I told the guy at the speaker I was missing a burrito he tried to argue with me that it was in my bag! Ummm ... So it becomes a catch-22 at the drive-thru over a burrito I paid for. Unacceptable. Furthermore, after finally giving me the burrito, it was mangled and completely ripped open in the middle making it inedible as a burrito, and giving me the impression the employees did this on purpose. Like, what on earth did i do to deserve that treatment? The food was terrible and I threw away everything and opted for Taco Bell, which was delicious - should have went there in the first place. This place is disgustingly dirty. I'm not a complainer (check my other reviews). EVERY table was filthy, the floors were unbelievably sticky and covered in days of dried muck. The staff "cleaned" the salsa bar by smearing the dripping drying salsa around the bowls which had dried up salsa caked around the edges. We asked for a table to be wiped off, and a girl with a bad attitude came out and did likewise to our table - smeared everything around with a dirty soaking wet dish towel. Left it wet & dirty for us. I'm surprised the health inspectors don't get after this place. Never again for us.
