It's ridiculous what they charge you now at these places, it's complete price gouging. All of that is unfortunately the cost of doing business, what's not acceptable is forgetting items I ordered. They forgot the 2 large sides I paid for, $20 total, they charge you $10 for a large side now, for Mac n cheese or mash n gravy, what's that gone up? Like 900%, I think it used to be a $1, maybe $2. On principle I drove back with my receipt, about a 15 minute drive. On way I called first, it took them like 10 minutes on phone to just clarify what I was missing, checking my order number, name, etc. That's how little these corporations care about their customers, they're literally only about profit, then hire people who don't pay attention or care enough to make sure your order is correct. I was given a pie (lol) and a "sorry" When something like this happens, I shouldn't have to go through a CIA/FBI interrogation to prove I paid for and ordered what I did, and that I'm missing what I'm claiming I am. Would I walk away from my meal knowing it'll be cold when I get back to gain 2 free sides, and spend another 30 minutes doing so? I'm so sick of being ripped off and the lack of appreciation for customers these businesses have for us. My hard earned money being spent at your place of business is taken for granted.

Ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Burrito via drive through, for parking is impossible with the ever soo popular Texas Road House sharing the adjacent parking lot. Upon opening the over filled half wrapped in foil burrito, an instant smell of burnt tortilla hit me. Peeled back the foil to see the extent of damage from the inferno, was tolerable to my standards. I believe somehow this burrito was either wrapped wrong or the wrong size tortilla used, anywho...im just going to refer to it as this overfilled messy soft taco from this point on....Took a delicious first bite as an old hungry ogre would, but was very displeased and surprised to have along with the chicken, bony bits and pieces crunching in my pie hole. Took a deep breath, said "ok,...just a small bit, you'll live..." took another bite and more bony bit and pieces, now I said.." WTHoot'n Nanny!?", unfolded the taco (the artist formerly known as burrito) and saw the remaining half filled with chicken spine. I was already on the road again, point of no return from where I needed to be for my engagement. So I put it asside in the circular file and finished my cold iced tea....followed by a mento, to anti-spine and anti-burnt tortilla my pallet. Least to say this experience was a flustercluck.
