Straight up BOMB.COM!! I go to all these other restaurants they are expensive and hardly give you any meat it's more vegetables than seafood. You are not going to be disappointed.

Really good food with decent prices. The people here are really friendly and humble. I recommend it. So far everything I've had here is delicious. The sopes, birria, tacos dorados are all good. I can't wait to try their menudo.

We just moved to CA and have been looking for authentic Mexican and finally found a legit place. We had the beef and chicken tacos. The owner and cook served us and were real nice. He hand makes all the tortillas to order. The salsa is awesome. This is now our new regular spot

The girls taking our order was RUDE! She acted as though it was a bother to take our order.. Brought our food to the table and just set it there with such attitude and bother! The place is Dingy, ugly and boring!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY not worth it.

The best Ceviche and shrimp tostadas.

I was Kind of skeptical in eating here, but I can say this place has the Best ceviche and shrimp tostadas in town..... Hands down! Trust me there made just right. There so delicious no hot sauce or salsa needed.

Delicious hard shell tacos with fresh salsa.

So glad that I did! Seated quickly, received the soup, bread, and green sauce very quickly. Received the entrees super quick, and the food was impeccable. Guess I ate too many rolls & green sauce, because (oh darn) I could only eat half, so leftovers tonight, baby!!

So many things change over time. This used to be our go-to place for feasting on Peruvian cuisine…read more My Dad enjoys what we order from here so we decided to order for our Father's Day dinner. Such a letdown. The order was delayed 45 min and no one even felt bad about it. Get our order and the two whole chickens look suspiciously like one chicken. And they gave us the wrong order and when I called, the guy on the phone says it's basically the same thing. Nope. Chicken is not beef. And when I mentioned the major delay (which delayed our dinner) and the wrong item, no apology. I guess years of loving the place, I approached our disappointment with a light touch but maybe that gave them the impression I was okay with their delay, and their oversight of actually messing up our order. The prices have gone up and the quality and portion size has decreased and while I am slow to share reviews where I express my disappointment, it was such a bummer from a long beloved restaurant that I felt the need to update my 8 year old 4 star review.

¡Olé, olé, olé, olé... olé... olé!…read more If you're looking for the perfect place to watch a soccer match, this is it. We came for the Mexico vs. Korea game and the energy inside was electric. The crowd, the excitement, and the overall atmosphere made it such a fun viewing party. The DJ really helped elevate the experience and kept the energy going all game long. It truly felt like the place to be for soccer fans. Food-wise, I definitely recommend the chicken quesadilla. Also, the mojitos downstairs were excellent--super refreshing and worth trying! Just note they weren't available at the viewing party on the 3rd floor. Overall, such a great spot for a game-day experience. We'll definitely be back, and next time we want to try more from the full restaurant menu.

Paella was really disappointing. The rice did not have any saffron. The rice color was very pale…read moreyellow that confirms the lack of saffron. The texture of the rice was gummy and seemed warmed over. The amount of meat was nice, but the ratio of chicken to other lamb, sausage, etc, was weak. Overall, it was very disappointing, and for the $44 price tag for a single portion, it's frankly unacceptable. The previous Spanish restaurant at this location (Sevilla) was much better, but this dish reminds me of Sevilla in it's last days... which isn't good. It's why they went out of business. I love a great paella and have been to both Barcelona and Madrid, I've never been to the Sevilla in Costa Mesa or SD, but I'm curious now and need to go. I won't go back to Ole.
