Empanada de camaron

The waitress was very sweet. The thing is that there's only one waitress in the entire restaurant who is also the bartender which is crazy for me especially for a Sunday afternoon. I was skeptical about the food because the chips and salsa were not good. Chips were stale and salsa was flavorless and watery but the actual food we ordered was flavorful and hot. It's not a cheap eat, a 6 pack of beer was $42 which I have never seen.

It's a Little hole in the wall. They have a small parking lot which is a little tricky to get in and out. Their seafood is very fresh here. The oysters and their ceviche are what I recommend when you go. Their cook seafood is good too but their raw fish is better. I recommend trying their number seven on the menu. I also noticed that there was a few pictures up that say cash only but they do take credit cards.

Terrible food not authentic at all caldo de pollo was terrible and tacos were dry the meat is not good quality and the worst thing is I saw cockroaches on the tables never coming back here again !!

Combo a la Diabla Camarones (spicy fish and shrimp)

Great Mexican seafood! Best salsa that I have had in a while (living in Texas, was in NY before) as this is my 1st visit to LA!

Shot of bar, stocked!

If you have a layover at LAX and want the real deal Mexican food this is the spot. Would help to speak some Spanish. It's that authentic. Super nice people, great food. We had called seafood cocktail which was packed with octopus, shrimp, oysters, crab meat. Also had a combo plate with tacos, enchiladas and chili Relleno plus rice and beans. The combo plate was like 12 bucks and you couldn't even finish it. Ice cold Mexican beers. Great set up to watch sports. In fact we were here for Super Bowl unfortunately it was in Spanish. The place is only a few blocks from all the major Rent-A-Car places and probably only a mile from the entry to LAX. You got to come here it's the best restaurant so close to the airport. Note just ate there again today.... still excellent & totally local hang out. Real Cali Mexican east

Michelada's are Excellent. Mariscos and Pulpo are so fresh.

I work at the airport and this is my favorite to place to have a meal and a drink. If you want Mexican food, come here they are The Real Deal. The Seafood are fresh and tasty. Big servings. Awesome Michelada's. Service is a bit slow. Price is average. If you are in the area, or a long layover at LAX, I highly recommend you check this restaurant. It's open 24 Hours.

Horrible Over Priced Flys Horrible Over Priced!!!! Went in as a recommendation and I have no clue why someone would recommend this place. The prices don't compare to the quality of the restaurant and food. The amount of flys that I In countered were more than enough for this place to get 1 star. The waitress was blah no kind of customer service at all. Now my margarita was strong and tasty for $8.99 I couldn't complain. I won't be going back that's for sure.

This place is a hidden gem!!! I had an amazing experience yesterday at El Puerto Escondido. The food was so fresh and delicious and the mango margarita was so refreshing. We ordered ceviche, shrimp tostadas and a shrimp plate. I have no complaints about this place. The service was great and the food came out so quickly. I loved the vibe and I will definitely be back soon.

Great place for mariscos if you are staying at one of the local hotels by LAX. Whenever we fight out of LAX it's one of our favorite stops.

Michelada with corona was good
Tanya C.

Okay first timer here. We ordered a michelada, empanada and aguachiles. The Michelada was good but BEWARE their shrimp from the aguachiles was bad. I don't know if they left it out too long or if it was just old. It had a weird off taste. My friend said that it was due to it being raw, but I love aguachiles and never before had they tasted nor smell like the ones we had here. I even told him jokingly "watch, bet you, we are going to be sick". I was only able to eat 3 from the 12pc $23 plate. Well well, guess who's been going to the restroom all day today? Yup, me and it's no fun, so least to say I'm not coming back. The 2 stars were given due to the good service from the ladies who work here. Only thing I didn't like is that when my friend finished his sprite, he asked for water and they gave it to him in the same cup without rinsing it so that makes me think that they're not as clean. Maybe that's the reason my shrimp smelled. I would avoid and go else where

A little bit of yumminess all around
Sergio M.

Yum, yum, yum, even after not being here for over 7 years. The tostada de ceviche de pescado was amazingly fresh and zesty with plenty of avocado to go around. The Tacos de Merlín were a new addition to my palate and holy guacamole why had I not had them before. Oh. My. Goodness. Great, friendly and attentive service. Hole in the wall that has survived the test of time..... Que rico!

Can't see the plates too well but next time I'll post a better pic or the food.

From the second we walked in, the bartender was all smiles and super friendly. It had that true local bar feel--lots of regulars, casual chatter, and a vibe that just felt easy. Yes, the music was a little loud at first, but after a bit, it blended into the background and actually added to the energy of the place. We ordered wings (multiple sets, because one round was not enough) and a burger with fries. Let me tell you--the lemon pepper wings deserve their own standing ovation. Crispy, tangy, and absolutely addictive. The burger and fries? Spot on comfort food. To top it off, it was comedy night. I went from cheering for the Dodgers to full-on belly laughs in the same night. Bonus points for having nonalcoholic options--I had a Heineken 0.0 dressed, and it was perfect. My guy was happy with his drinks too, so win-win. Honestly, this place turned into one of those fun, random experiences you don't plan but end up remembering. Good food, good laughs, good game--what more can you ask for?

I had multiple servers look at me and disgust while trying to order or would blatantly stare me in my eyes and then take another person's order over mine. I was walking home from work and just wanted to stop by this place because I had never been and boy was it the biggest mistake of my life. I've been in places that were crowded, but this place was honestly a safety hazard. Everyone is shoving and pushing. It's terrible. When I was finally able to order after being ignored for 20 minutes, all of my food came out cold and I had to send the drinks back because it looked like there was something in it. If you plan on going here, go there at your own risk.

We asked for something fun, and the manager surprised us with a couple of off-menu cocktails that were creative, delicious, and honestly the coolest drinks we've had in a while. They were pricey, but the presentation and quality made them worth trying. Unfortunately, the service took a turn after that. The manager disappeared for what I assume was a break, leaving a single server to cover the entire rooftop. We completely understand that things happen and it wasn't the server's fault, but we ended up waiting around an hour to an hour and a half without anyone checking on us. We wanted to order another round of drinks, but the server was constantly rushing past trying to keep up with everyone else. Eventually, we gave up, walked to the bar ourselves, paid our tab, and left. Flora has a great atmosphere, beautiful views, and some genuinely impressive cocktails.
