The beef just fell apart and the marrow with chips was lip smacking good! It fed the both of us just right. For dessert we had the Tres Leches cake and man we loved it too. The cake was moist and sweet but the ice cream was mild so it went perfect with the cake. We were stuffed! We also tried the ribeye which we ordered medium rare but it came out medium well+. When we told our server about the steak, she did offer to have it remade but we hate wasting food so we declined the offer. We wanted to try the tres Leches cake because we saw another table order it and it looked so interesting. We didn't want the ice cream on top so we asked if there was anyway they could sub out the scoop of ice cream for a single small churro. Our server told us if we purchased the churros, she would give us the Tres Leches on the house to make up for the steak mishap. We accepted the deal though I don't think it appropriately addressed the issue. The tres leches was dense and firm, not like any other that tres leches I've ever had. The churros had a filling (either cajeta or dulce de leche - I really couldn't distinguish) that in my opinion, did not add value. I would've preferred a percentage off the bill or some other proposal to make it right. It just really wasn't there for me. I've talked to several people in the East Valley about this restaurant since I dined there, and seems my experience was shared among those people too.

Steven was attentive and thorough and helped facilitate when other guests were getting a little excited at the bar area. This place basically turns into a nightclub after 7 PM on Friday and Saturday night. There are men dressed up in robot suits wandering all over the establishment dancing with the guests. There are guests dancing in the open space between booths and tables and the energy is out of this world! There were even women doing the limbo through the robots' legs lol! I died! My only suggestion for improvement would be to not serve the rice, beans, and corn cake on the sizzling plate of the fajitas because the plate is so hot that the beans, rice, and corn cake burn which is not an enjoyable flavor or texture for me. Since this was a delivery order I cannot speak to the dine in atmosphere or service, but the food was packaged really well and everything arrived intact and still fresh. Tacos are my favorite food on the planet and I've had birria tacos at many, many places (including Mexico) and have never encountered multiple bones in any kind of taco for that matter.
