Have always passed this place and decided to finally try it. Locally made place , authentic Sonoran Mexican food. Excited to try! Service was nice. Because there's paintings of Chili's everywhere it reminded me of New Mexico. Also a small patio to eat outside it was cute We had breakfast burritos, food size! Yummy. The salsa was good

Disgusting food and incompetent staff and workers. The burrito i ordered was the opposite of what I received. Pork instead of chicken and no rice. This place is ridiculous with two cups of salsa allowed per person too. What a dump.

    Huge chicken burrito

I was wanting a chicken burrito for lunch on Monday, so I placed an order for pick up. I've been looking for a place I can place on order online, had chicken breast, I can add cheese & sour cream, and it's too far from my work. This place met all those needs. There was a line when I walked in. No one greets you. There is no sign where to pick up online orders. There is one person running the front. She was taking orders, answering the phone, and handing out the food. I waited in the line for a little while. Then I saw there was an order on the counter to the side where she was handing out food. I walked up & told her I had an online order. I wanted to try the green salsa at the bar, but there was not any containers to put it in; just lids. I got the chicken burrito with pico, guacamole, cheese & sour cream & a side of chips. The burrito was huge & full. The chicken didn't seem grilled. I'm not sure how they cook it. It was super tender & there were large pieces in the burrito. It was a little bit dry. The burrito had a great flavor. I ate the other half the next day for lunch. The chips were okay. I will probably order from here again for lunch when I'm at work.

Rice with salsa mixed in. I like it spicy!

Excellent customer service! Food is tasty! One of my favorite places to eat. I'm vegetarian and love the cheese enchilada with red sauce. Spicy and addicting! I add the jalapeños which are located at the salsa bar. Oh and the salsa is so tasty and hot! Love it. My most favorite thing. I've tried to recreate but nothing comes close. Bean tostada is great. I love the crispy shell. The chips as well! Clean, yummy, great service and prices! Come by and try for yourself

I would probably come here again and give it another chance. The employees were really nice and welcoming. A friend and I came for a quick dinner on a Thursday. They were not busy at all. There is plenty of on site parking. Of the bat, it was noticeably not the cleanest establishment. Quite a bit of random trash and food droppings on the floor. The table seatings were very cute though. The food was just okay. I had the California burrito which was pretty bland. The carne asada definitely needed a bit more seasoning. The tortilla tasted fresh though! The salsa was extremely spicy. I didn't have a problem with the salsa being spicy, but I say it here just in case you (the reader of this review) are not interested in very spicy salsa. I would come again, but probably try something else instead of the California burrito. I will also say the prices here did seem extremely reasonable.

Ham, Cheese and egg burrito with barely any ham!

Service was good but food is terrible. Ordered Ham, cheese and egg burrito combo and there's barely any ham or cheese (see picture). I was pretty much eating an egg burrito. Flavor is bad too. The rice and beans have no flavor too. The salsas were the only good thing about this place.

One of my favorite spots when visits home! If you love burritos this is a must try...you can pretty much have any type of burrito that meets your taste. I ordered potato, bacon, eggs and cheese and egg and green chili. Both were delicious. Everything was perfectly seasoned and the eggs were fluffy and the bacon was crispy. Prices were pretty reasonable. Around $30 for 3 burritos. Service was beyond amazing! I wasn't sure around my picky 2 year old a side of rice and I was offered a sample. The reason was pretty good. The cashier was friendly and assisted with recommendations. The restaurant was clean with plenty of indoor and outdoor dining! There's a salsa bar with salsa and jalapeños.

I have been a loyal customer of the OG burrito Co. since they started in 1982. It's a ahwatukee original restaurant and a staple for travelers. It's located just off the I-10 on Elliot. Uniquely fantastic flavors that you cannot find anywhere els. Highly recommended to try this!

Another fine meal and excellent service. Taco Tuesday is the best but anytime is also great.

Even though there was a longer wait, the food and experience made it feel worth it. The smoked brisket Benedict is the standout. The brisket is tender with a deep, smoky flavor. The eggs are perfectly poached, and when everything comes together on the English muffin base, it hits that rich, savory-sweet balance without feeling too heavy. The French toast is Thick-cut and caramelized on the edges, without being overly sugary. It's well-complemented by fresh fruit and just enough syrup so it doesn't turn into dessert overload too early in the day. Overall, Brunch Snob feels like a spot that knows how to do comfort brunch.

(1 Star) DO NOT GO…read moreTO BRUNCH SNOB IF YOU WANT TO BE TOLD TO "SHUT THE F* UP" FOR ASKING A SIMPLE QUESTION.** My wife and I drove 35 minutes to Brunch Snob because we've already been to just about every brunch spot in Scottsdale and wanted to try something different. After reading the reviews, we thought this would be a great place to spend our Saturday morning. Before leaving, I joined the restaurant's online waitlist. Their system gave us an estimated seating time between 11:03 AM and 11:13 AM, so we immediately made the drive expecting the restaurant to honor the time provided by its own website. Instead, we were told we wouldn't be seated because the restaurant decided to accommodate a party of 30 that called after we had already joined the waitlist and after we had already arrived. Despite arriving first and following their process exactly as instructed, we lost our place in line so they could prioritize the larger party. If your online waitlist doesn't actually hold a customer's place in line, then don't offer one. We politely walked back to the host stand and asked one simple question: "Why provide customers with a seating window if you have no intention of honoring it?" That question turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The employee we initially believed was the manager--but later learned was actually a host--immediately became defensive and confrontational. Instead of explaining the situation or apologizing, he started arguing with us in front of a lobby full of customers. Within minutes, he was yelling at us, telling both my wife and me to "shut up" and "be quiet." Then he looked directly at me and told me to "shut the f* up."** Think about that for a second. A restaurant employee thought it was acceptable to tell paying customers to "shut the f* up"** because they asked why the restaurant wasn't honoring its own waitlist. I asked to speak with the manager, expecting someone to step in, calm the situation down, and address what had just happened. Instead, she approached with an attitude and asked, "What do you want me to do?" She then offered to seat us. By then, the damage had already been done. After being publicly yelled at, cursed at, and completely disrespected, there was absolutely no way we were going to sit down and trust that we would have a pleasant dining experience. The saddest part is that this entire situation could have been avoided with a simple apology and a professional explanation. Restaurants get busy. Delays happen. Most customers understand that. What customers should never have to accept is being treated this way for asking a reasonable question. Ironically, my wife is a local content creator who regularly features restaurants throughout Arizona. We had every intention of enjoying brunch, creating content, and sharing Brunch Snob with our audience. One of her recent restaurant videos generated more than 253,000 views. Instead of receiving positive exposure, this restaurant earned this review because of the way we were treated. The food may be amazing--I honestly wouldn't know because we never got the opportunity to find out. We drove 35 minutes because of Brunch Snob's reputation, followed their process exactly as instructed, and instead of being welcomed, we were skipped in line and told to "shut the f* up."** That isn't hospitality. It's a complete customer service failure. We will never return.

The staff was friendly throughout our stay, and the overall property has a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to enjoy the sunshine and scenery. We booked an upgraded suite with a separate bedroom and TV room, which gave us plenty of space to spread out. While the layout was great, the room itself could use some updates. The bathroom fixtures were older--the Kohler toilet didn't flush well and was a bit noisy, and the tub/shower combo had rounded sides that made it tricky to stand comfortably. The shower water also never got fully hot. The room had a slightly musty smell, and the carpets would benefit from a deep cleaning. The balcony screen door didn't close tightly, which let a few flies in, and access to the second floor required two sets of stairs since there's no elevator in that section. Even with those issues, the resort's location, views, and overall vibe made the stay enjoyable. With some room refreshes and a bit more maintenance attention, this could easily be a standout property. The setting alone is worth experiencing.

I found a great AAdvantage Hotel deal at the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort and booked it. While it was a great success of a visit in terms of AAdvantage miles and loyalty points, my actual experience at the hotel itself was less to be desired due to the customer service and a big snafu on their part. I also have Hilton Gold status, though as I booked the hotel through a third party site (AAdvantage Hotels), I could see the stay and the stay history in my Hilton app, but I did not receive any benefits for staying there, which was fine as I didn't expect any anyone. I arrived in person to check in and already reserved and prepaid for a King 1 Bedroom Standard Suite, which had a nice view and reasonably spacious room (but not too much larger than a regular room at another hotel). The room was certainly not upgraded though there was parking available right in front of the entrance. I did not receive anything else at check-in nor did it appear that I'd get my regularly complimentary water. I did pay the daily resort charge which includes high speed internet access, access to the Falls Water Village, an hour at the tennis/pickleball court, an hour at the afternoon golf practice facility, two hours for a mountain bike rental, 20% off seasonal spa services, and 15% off select golf apparel. While I didn't use it, I had easy view and access to the Falls Water Village where you could lounge and play all day on their sun-marked terrace where you could find free-form pools, hot tubs, and cabanas. They even have a 138-foot enclosed water slide. When I checked out, I was told that a bill would be sent to me shortly since I did it on the app early, and when I received the bill, there was a charge for my room at the restaurant at the top of the hill called A Different Point of View. The catch is that I never went to eat there during my stay (or at any onsite restaurant since I live in the area and had my meals offsite). I reached out to the hotel who insisted that I did go there to eat. I promised them I didn't eat anywhere onsite and that they need to look at the receipt and see if it actually has my room number. They confirmed it did and that this meant I ate there. I told them to find my name on it and let me know if it was on there. After several more back and forth conversations, they confirmed it wasn't me and would remove the charge. They then mistakenly charged me double. Then they removed one charge, but it took more than a week before they removed the other charge. By the end of the exchanges, it felt like they were blaming me for their own mistake. While the resort is aged and rather pleasant, there certainly are training issues regarding the customer service offered at this property. I do not plan on staying here again in the future.
