The shrimp plate came with rice and beans, which were OK, and choice of flour or corn tortilla (average). The large prawns were nicely cooked with a flavorful sauce. My pozole had good flavor without too much fat (the excess had obviously been skimmed) and was quite hot, though I wish it had more hominy and pork. My wife later found out that the meat used here is butchered on-site and that care is taken to remove excess fat. It really shows: all the meat dishes were not greasy and there wasn't the pools of fat that often accompany hastily prepared dishes. It was appreciated. Clover is the payment processor and there is a 3% fee for using a credit card.
