The maracuya was the perfect level of sweet and a little tangy to balance out the salty of the arroz paisa ... A perfect combo! The Cuban sandwiches were definitely overshadowed by the arroz paisa, but were still delicious and loaded with ham. It might not be my first choice for a Cubano in Indy, but still give it a try!
