I ask the guy where is a manager or owner and he act like didn't heard me . I told him I will pay them but I don't want them , then the guys was happy about it ? But this is sad to pay for a food that it tastes like old bananas or plantain. it was a really sad experience . They don't want to be responsible for a bad food they sale ? Is our money , our hard work , and if we desire to try something that you don't cook at home , it should be worth your money right ? I feel very disappointed and sad . I think I will never go back to that place ! My apologies to the owners of this place but the guys that works there don't care about making people feel happy about your food . They don't care about clients , they just want to make their hours and leave . I hope they make it better one day . We are Salvadorian and we should be more kind to people . They have a local feel when you walk inside. There is a little bit of a wait, and I think they make the food to order, so it's hot and fresh when you receive it. I recommend that if you plan to take out, call ahead to place your order to save time. They are known for their pupusas, which I got on my first visit. I was curious after reading some of the positive reviews. I ordered the revuelta and chicken with cheese. Both had great flavors and would consider getting them again. The flavorful, crispy empanadas were among my favorites. I got the carne (beef) and spinach with cheese empanadas and loved them. The perfectly fried shell and flavorful filling. Their Salvadoran tamales are prepared in the traditional style, with a flavorful filling and soft, moist masa, wrapped in banana leaves rather than corn husks. I love Mexican-style tamales (especially homemade), so this was a new experience trying Salvadoran-style tamales. I think most people will order takeout, but there's a moderately sized dining area with tables. It has a local feel and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was kind and provided great service. The prices are fair for the quality of the food. I still can't believe I waited this long to visit Nancy's. I can't wait to come back and try other items on the menu. Note: There is a little charge for using credit cards, so cash would be better if you want to avoid the CC charge.

Food was alright have had better ones and better service. Ladies in the back just kept laughing and not seem to have any sense of urgency to get the orders out. I never had a real authentic pupusas before so this was my first time trying it. Today, I went here with my boyfriend and we both order queso con frijoles (cheese & beans) & pupusas de chicharron con queso (pork rinds & cheese). I love their salsa really good kick and spicy. Queso con frijoles: The pupusas were perfectly golden and filled to the brim with melted cheese and savory refried beans. Each bite was a delightful blend of flavors and textures. The masa was soft and slightly crispy on the outside, while the filling was rich and comforting. Paired with the tangy curtido (pickled cabbage) and a drizzle of salsa roja, they were an explosion of taste that I couldn't get enough of! I would give it a 5/5 best pupusas I have for this one. pupusas de chicharron con queso: pupusas has a lovely golden color. I was a bit surprised to find that they were served with some pork rinds, which I wasn't prepared for. I'm so used to seeing pork rinds in chips not in food. I'm not really used to that ingredient, so it added a layer of flavor that just wasn't to my personal taste. I would give it a 3/5 since I'm not used to pork rinds in pupusas if you like pork rinds cooked in pupusas then this dish is for you! We got it in takeout & took 5 minutes to wait. The service was fast & employee is very nice and friendly. There is plenty of parking. The store is very spacious, clean, and great atmosphere for a Salvadoran restaurant. I would definitely come back here to get some delicious pupusas!

Everything was absolutely delicious. The meats were grilled perfectly. The asada had a great char and was flavorful without being overly salty, and the shrimp were cooked just right -- tender with a nice smoky finish from the grill. The pupusas were clearly made fresh and full of flavor. The revuelta had that classic savory, cheesy richness, while the loroco pupusa had a unique, slightly floral earthiness that makes Salvadoran food so special. Both were comforting and satisfying. The horchata really stood out. It's different from Mexican horchata and has a nutty, deeper flavor profile with a strong black sesame note that was incredibly delicious and memorable. The maracuyá drink was bright, tangy, and refreshing -- a perfect balance to the richness of the food. Overall, every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and full of authentic flavor. Loroco Bistro is an easy recommendation if you're craving hearty, delicious Salvadoran food. Definitely coming back.

Even though the food was not what i wanted I decided not to let it go to waste. So I decided to give it another shot today but To be honest online it says they close at 10 and we arrived long before 9. Food does take a bit to make and then they still have to clean etc, I get it I have a job too. I'm very understanding but what really bothered me was that the lady at the register said " y se las Va a comer rápido y se Va a ir o Que" (well are you going to eat your food fast or what") I mean she could have said it with a little less attitude and more respect. We ended up taking our food to go. I gave this place a second chance but even The food isn't the best (tbh I wouldn't mind the little drive to other place in Orange next time then come here again.) I would say to the lady, ma'm Work on your people skills or maybe you should rethink of a different line of work in my opinion maybe you will be happier at a different type of job that you don't have to deal with people , and it would be great if you learned to speak to others with dignity and respect.
