I also couldn't see the slice bar or flavors available while in line so that wasn't helpful. The fountain for drinks is behind the counter so you can't get yourself a refill. Instead, you have to go through the crowd again to ask an associate to do it for you. Associates were helpful with my questions. No one was wiping tables down between customers. I ordered the Yo Adrian, Bianca slice, cannoli and lobster tail. The Yo Adrian was okay. Too much soft bread, not enough cheese, good amount of onions and some of the meat was chunks rather than shaved. The Bianca slice was primarily burnt on the bottom and didn't seem fresh which is sad considering we were there before noon. The cannoli was good. The lobster roll pastry was great; likely because it was fresh. The ice cream is in boxes, which have had the top cut off and the cardboard was wet and peeling in one of the boxes I saw while waiting in line. I think skipping the ice cream seems like a safe choice. I won't be rushing back but will return at some point to try a breakfast sandwich on a NY bagel and order a whole pie to try so it's fresh.
