I've been wanting to try this place so one day for lunch I came in to grab a couple dishes for take out. I got a fettuccine chicken alfredo, taco dorados, and chilaquiles with meat. All the dishes were mediocre. Nothing about any of the dishes wowed me. You can get better pasta, tacos, and chilaquiles elsewhere in Playa. This place was super affordable, but I would rather pay a little more for better food. It's not bad bad..I just wouldn't come back. read more

I waited an unacceptable amount of time for my drink and my food respectively. The food itself was fairly good. I ordered the veggie burrito and added eggs. The plate came with fries. The fries were excellent. The were crisp on the bite and very fluffy inside. The burrito was smaller than average. The veggies were nicely grilled, neither too soft or too raw with just enough bite. The tortilla was fresh, soft, and chewy. I generally don't dock points for delays, but this was amongst the longest I've waited anywhere for food. read more

I like come here at LEAST 4 times a week!!!! The special of the day are always amazing $130 pesos for a drink soup meal and dessert, even the stuff on menu is fantastic!! I love the salmon by far the best salmon I've had in playa' very great staff with nice service and a great beautiful place to eat! I highly recommend!! read more

This spot is serving what they describe as "economic" food but it's certainly underpriced. The wait stuff is great, the atmosphere is awesome, and the food is downright delicious. Stop by here on your way to or from the Cancun airport. read more

Didn't come with anything (but I'm a French fries and chips whore) and that was a bummer but the prices are fair for healthy food in Playa. Best pancakes we've had in Playa. The rain forced us to make an unexpected detour here. Menu itself was nice - a variety of relatively healthy, affordable options. However, you can't really substitute anything in/out of your meal. Also they left some food out here hat we were supposed to get. Not a big deal. The big issue was paying - it took about an hour after we finished eating to get the check... and that was after asking 3-4 times. We ultimately had to leave the money on the table. Everything is fresh. Made to order. Lots of choices. Even so I asked for a special order of fried eggs on toast with avocado. Beautiful orange yolks It was served with one of the best red Salsas I have had in Mexico. I also ordered a fresh juice smoothie with Papaya , mango and guava-made with water to keep it light--rather than milk or almond milk The thing to remember here though about the almond and rice milk is it is often housemade. Friendly service and chill vibe -next to a yoga studio. Lots of shade , very important as this Mexican heat is intense. The lovely Chef even came out to check how I like everything. . Server was great and it's a lovely place to sit and have coffee and read a book and just enjoy life. read more

Food was great and the service even better. My wife had a burrito and I had the daily special (soup, chicken, and dessert, along with a glass of passion fruit juice) and a cappuccino. Everything tasted great! And you can't beat the prices. Our entire meal was 390 pesos ($21 USD). read more

I disappointedly have to rate this 2 stars. The prices were great but the food was very plain and had very little flavor. My husband got a chicken plate with rice..., both no flavor. He also got a Caldo de Pollo which had a good flavor but literally no chicken in it!! I got the trio plate which had a molette, chilaquiles and eggs. Salt and flavor was lacking from everything we ordered. We also ordered 2 smoothies: 1 almond/strawberry smoothie which tasted like water with a touch of unsweetened strawberries and 1 pina/mango which didn't taste like it at all. I think my husband got a horchata instead of what he ordered but also was very watered down with very little flavor and not sweet at all. The price was good but the food was not tasty, seasoned and wasn't sweetened enough with the drinks- the drinks were very watered-down . If you want bland and unseasoned food, watered down drinks for a good price, this is your spot. I won't be returning though!! read more

We just had dinner here and the food was very good, didn't taste greasy, and was a great value. It was very nice. We had the tacos dorados(taquitos). They were nice and light and came with rice. The green salsa that came with was delicious. My husband ordered the chilaquiles and they were amazing, with egg. Can't say it wouldn't be as good with chicken, but we were fans. The only thing that wasn't amazing was my daughter's cheese quesadilla... but really she ordered a boring quesadilla. With the green salsa they provided, it was took the quesadilla to a whole new delicious level. We can't way to go back and get some breakfast and dessert. read more

Food was just ok but the service was horrible. There was one angry waitress that you were afraid to ask anything, but even if you did you weren't going to get it. I eventually got syrup for my pancakes and salsa from another table myself and ate my pancakes with my coffee spoon. My friends never got there juice so they asked for it to go and even that took 10 minutes and we had to ask three times. read more

Great place for healthy good food with wonderful juices and smoothies We have had lunch here twice since staying at a condo on Calle 46. Recommend the crispy tacos, omelettes and mushroom tacos - all freshly made with fresh vegetables and fruits. Great value and a great place to escape to from the usual fare on 5th Ave. read more

The juices in this little restaurant are all great. The salsa was great. Guac was also good. The tortas were not great, bread didn't seem like it was fresh and lacked flavor. Would recommend for the fresh fruit juices! read more

I want to like this place. It is cute. Has a nice vibe. Away from the madness but not isolated. The food is decent. The smoothies are okay. There is a bit of a language barrier. I got served the same thing the last 3 times I came here. The first time was a really delicious vegetarian pasta dish and I had to thank the main chef because it was one of the best veg meals I've had since I got to playa del carmen. The 2nd time was different.. I asked for the vegetarian dish of the day and got served the same thing I got the first time I went, yet it had totally different names on the menu. I even heard the microwave go off, Which I knew it had to be either my food or something that was going on it. It turned out to be the sauce that was on the pasta. The plate turned out alright though. My Last visit there was 2 days ago. I saw on the menu that they were serving vegetarian lasagna. One of my good friends that recommend me this place always talked about how delicious their lasagna was so I thought, great! Let's give it a try. As I'm waiting on my dish I see that the waitress is coming with a plate very similar to the one I got served the first and second time... I was immediately annoyed and told her that it looked nothing like lasagna. She apologized and asked me if I wanted something different so I went for the classic veggie burrito. All I can say after that is that I was on the restroom for the rest of the day. I suspect they threw something on my food to give me the shits. I just hope you guys watch out for when the main chef is not there. Her name is Caro and she's a great chef and has an amazing vibe. It's her team that's lacking the customer service.
