Everything was plated beautifully and served quickly without feeling rushed. We also had the pleasure of meeting Miriam, the restaurant manager, who went above and beyond to take care of us. Her warm hospitality really made our evening special and turned a great dinner into a wonderful overall experience. A Yelp app search led me to Tacos Acapulco. It's located in kinda a Mexican food pop-up village, with several booths and tents. Acapulco was the only truck, so it was easy to find. A fine man took my order for three birria tacos. Decided to dine there on of two picnic tables. It's kind a warm day, however a small awning provided good shade. Except for the gas generator running, the set-up on a gravel area was fine. My order was wrapped up to-go. Actually, really well prepared for travel. Nevertheless, I broke open my lunch. The thing about birria is that every familia has their own recipe. The tortillas were crisp, hot and the filling was good, however I've become accustomed to my other taquerias. The price was right and certainly I had no complaints. After lunch, I looked at the other stands nearby. Saw horchata, pupusa and mariscos there.
