Last night, it took 15 minutes after we sat down for someone to just ask us, "has anyone helped you?" Twice when we ordered pupusas for our toddlers with drink orders, the kids' pupusas don't arrive until AFTER everyone else's main dishes have arrived (and after we have to remind the waitress). Cocktails have been forgotten, which we have had to remind them on as well. To our server's credit, she apologized many times and said the restaurant just got super busy at once. However, we noticed other tables (who arrived after us) were attended to and served sooner than we were. Given all the disorder, our family has decided we are just going to get takeout. The food is still excellent, but we are frustrated with the service.

Avoid at all cost, these people are so rude the workers are so disrespectful and even if you bring them business they don't care. ALWAYS missing food from your order, and then laugh at you when you come back to get your missing food. The amount of unprofessionalism is astonishing. Go else where. Any where, Taco Bell even.
