You can immediately tell this is a family-run restaurant where people genuinely care. The food was exceptional. I have honestly never had hash browns this fresh before. Marko explained that they're never frozen and are delivered fresh the same day. The tomatoes were equally fresh, the strawberry jam was homemade, and even the dressings are made in-house. Nothing tasted mass-produced. Every bite reflected the care that went into it. Our food took a little longer to arrive, and I actually appreciated that. Fresh food should take time. I'd much rather wait a few extra minutes for a meal that's made to order than have it appear instantly. The menu has plenty of choices, the prices are very reasonable for the quality, and the hospitality was just as impressive as the food. I have a lot of respect for people who spend their lives mastering what they love and eventually build something that reflects that passion. Meeting Marko gave me exactly that impression.
