Father's Day brunch today was great. I have to give a big shout out to our waiter Rosa. She was so attentive and so nice.

This is one of the last El Torito Grill's in the area so even though I don't like sharing my favorite things, I am going to give a good review because I need it to stay around FOREVER! The fresh tortillas. The cilantro rice. The chile relleno. It's all delicious. And the best tortilla soup around! Rosa was our server this time around and she was very attentive and friendly. I usually have good service here. I will rarely drive over 30 minutes for food but I never hesitate when someone asks me to go here. read more

They have an amazing Sunday brunch. Everything from chilaquiles, to tacos, to cheese enchilada, pozole, mole, ribs, shrimp cocktail, desserts, fruit... If you think it up, they probably have it! Drinks and mimosas are included with the price of brunch - however, bar items like Margaritas and micheladas are not. It's a good spot for Sunday brunch. had a dinner delivered from Door dash- not their fault- it was supposed to be enchiladas however they were cold unheated, no sauce blobs with 9 small steak pieces between them. I would never order again. It was cold as tho it had been started but never finished. Completely unacceptable. read more

This place is a great value for an all-you-can-eat brunch. There are so many options to choose from--waffles, bacon, sausage, enchiladas, tacos, and plenty more. Like most buffets, some dishes really stand out while others are just average, but there's enough variety to find plenty you'll enjoy. We decided to visit for Christmas Eve. It was very busy so it took a few minutes to be seated. There were empty tables, but had a lot of tables for the staff they had. It took a while for drinks and more salsa, but we were not upset because it was obvious that they were extremely busy. Our server was very nice and kept checking on us even though he was very busy. We decided to have a few drinks because why not? The margaritas were very good and reasonably priced. The food was delicious and it surprised me that I finished my dish even after of the chips and tortillas I had had. I intended to take pictures of the plates, but once it arrived I forgot. Went to the bathroom came back fussing with his zipper and back to the dough barehanded. Right at the front behind the hostess you can see them pressing and cooking fresh tortillas. Food was decent but not the best. We came here during happy hour and enjoyed a few drinks. Steak Nachos - was alright, steak is very very dry. Nachos were quite dry and overly baked. I would pass on this. Chicken Quesadilla - ordinary, great for kids. Carne Asada Y Camarones - pretty filling and was good. Steak was a little tough and well done, server didn't ask how I would like it. Shrimp had a great grilled smoky flavor. Filet Mignon Enchiladas & Mesquite Grilled Shrimp - enchiladas were soaked in sauce as I prefer them to be. Filet Mignon was quite fatty and chewy. Shrimp Enchiladas - was much better than filet mignon, simple but texture much preferred. Mesquite Grilled Steak (Fajitas)- quite flavorful, best dish we ordered. Would love to order this again. I totally love coming to this Restaurant in Brea. The place is very nice, great food and service. We're in love with the fresh made flour tortillas. Our lovely server today was Rosa and she was amazing. She loves what she does and taking care of her customers is number one. She's very sweet, polite, respectful, friendly and knowledgeable on recommendations. We had a great time and enjoyed our meal. Her manager Miguel is always awesome.
