She remembered our drinks, didn't have to ask, everything we asked for was delivered super fast. Me and my boyfriend and his mom came for lunch. Service was terrible we waited for over an hour for a appetizer platter, tacos and Taquitos. The server kept saying that it was a shift change and that the food would arrive soon he said that at least 3 times. When the food finally did arrive it was not the way we ordered it and he had to take it back to fix it When we got the corrected food the food was not tasty. The wings tasted old, the rice was cold and crunchy, not the way rice should be, and the quesadillas said they had chicken in the menu and no chicken was on them only cheese and pico, not as described, and she only gave us a small discount would not recommend this place horrible service rude manager named Mia didn't even have the decency to come to our table and apologize for the bad service that we had. Not once did she apologize to us at all very rude especially for a place of business. Showed lack of quality of customer service. Plus their were other customers who came after us , who got their food much faster then we did and the waiter came to their table more times to check on their service than ours. Left very dissatisfied and left a bad impression would not come here again. I understand that if theirs a shift change their might be some delays but to wait over an hour for tacos, Taquitos and a platter is ridiculous that's why they have preps to make things ahead of time. Not to mention, that she could've comped our entire order and we would have left a tip. It took the waiter over 20 minutes to come back and give us the bill. We thought the manager would come back because she said she would come back to check on us , and she did not do so not once. She was aware of the long wait that we had and that our order was wrong and that it had ti be taken back didn't have the decency to check in how the food was after informing her how dissatisfied we already were. The best part of brunch was the service we received from Ernesto. We could tell he was so busy with many tables. But he still made sure to be attentive and we never needed anything. I don't know where to begin. We sat in the bar area on May 5th at around 4:15. Nobody attended us until I flagged someone down. Ordered 1 club soda and 1 glass of wine. 25 MINUTES later, got the wine but no club soda. Ordered 1 bowl of Albondigas soup. 30 Minutes later she brings us a bowl of tortilla soup. Told me she went to enter the Albondigas but came up sold out. At this point we were so starved, we just ate 1/4 of it. She could've comped the soup. But no. Then the taco lady at the bar (obviously hated her job, zero smile, nasty attitude), a tiny scoop of meat per taco. Was a joke! The only thing that was OK, were the chicken flautas . That's it. The carne asada for tacos was gross, the chicken for the tacos were a bit undercooked, cant believe nobody got sick. This place was not set up to host a Cinco de mayo. They were not understaffed, just all over the place with a lack of priority. I did get a glass of wine on the house as she did say, oh well they poured an extra one, you can have it on the house. She was nice but the damage was already done. We left around 7pm Imagine almost 3 hrs there. Nonsense Other tables kept getting up and going to the host station to ask for their checks, containers to go and bags. Was a really ****Show !. We will definetly not be returning to this location. We will go elsewhere or better yet, driver farther and go to the Lakewood location. MUCH BETTER.. Really disappointed meal and experience. read more

Mothers day was a nightmare. We just paid the bill and left. They were not staffed. Poor management. Last night we ordered food to go. They did not add the chips and guac like they were suppose to. After you drive home, the last thing you do is want to drive back. Today my wife was shopping so I stopped in to see Veronica. She was not working so I talked to the Manager on duty that gave me a song and a dance. I am only a shift supervisor. No power, Have a nice day. Great Sunday brunch! We celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday and our server Beto was so attentive.

First of all I would like to start off saying I had the best anniversary at this location. I had two of the best waiters a person can ask for everything that I needed they were there , they make sure I had it. The To gentleman that helped me was ERNESTO And I think the other one name was Barry don't quote me on that but they know who they are ,they help me Putting my tables together my guess was Glass was never empty and they made sure everybody's order the way they liked it and especially I would like to thank the manager on duty she made sure that my party was very special and if I needed anything to let her know thank you so much for this location for making my anniversary the best I ever had in a long time I will be seeing you guys again soon I would recommend the branch here because the food was excellent fresh and clean thanks again for the best anniversary ever read more

Just as many other people have said, the management here just went downhill really hard recently. Hence this unfortunate review in hope for them to realize. I'm not sure what happened, maybe they hired a new manager who is super incompetent but until it's resolved I would not recommend here. Food is great as always but the service in insanely bad. You may have to wait for over thirty minutes for a seat when the restaurant is like half empty or for over thirty minutes for your food after ordering. I've asked politely for some more chips and salsa since we've been waiting for over thirty minutes and it came. Twenty minutes later.. The food was mediocre at best. My husband and I both ordered enchiladas-two different kinds. Come on out and help the economy and the restaurants that we love. What I like mostly about como here is that they don't wear gloves. Wearing gloves to serve and pick up only adds to cross contamination. There is a lot of space between tables and very clean. The food and drinks are the best! Here some pictures of our lunch.
