My husband and I were excited to try this place out after a recommendation from one of the workers. We were seated right away and served complimentary chips and salsa and a very delicious ceviche mix of halibut, tuna and salmon. Eventually we decided to pour the salsa in with the dip and it was even better. The menu is very seafood based but there is a nice variety. There are also numerous margarita choices. My husband enjoyed his Margarita while I enjoyed the Dos XX on draft! I visited the ladies restroom and there was just enough diluted soap for me to wash my hands. I exited and told one of the workers that the soap was out in the bathroom. Our food came out one at a time which was rather odd but I was glad mine was first. :) The Carne Asada was very tender and flavorful. The Chimichanga was also tasty. There was a generous serving of chicken! I was surprised and didn't say anything as I stared at what looked like a burnt end. He eventually came to that part and tasted the burn. Overall this was a decent visit and we both resolved that we wouldn't make any special trips. I decided to visit the restroom once more to check on the soap and it was exactly the same! Scary since there was a party going on. Where do the workers go? What were the other guests doing? The cleanliness concerns me.

Another beautiful night going to Las Palmas. Tonight we went during a live band performance and it felt like we were at a concert! Now I know I have to remember the night for live music to get some good food and free entertainment. Service was excellent and can help out with the menu. On a side of town where you have plenty of Mexican options, Las Palmas is the new kid on the block that is making a name for themselves!

Love this new addition on Westinghouse. They offer chips and salsa along with some ceviche upon arrival. Our go to is the Trio platter, which easily feeds two. Food is very tasty and fresh. We enjoy their Horchata, it is very flavorful not watered down like other establishments around the area. Definitely recommend trying this place out

I really want this place to work for me because it's conveniently located on this side of town, but…read moreunfortunately, every time I come, I leave disappointed in either the food or the drinks. It's never a win on both. The best thing I've had here so far is the strawberry French toast--it's actually really good. Unfortunately, the worst thing I've had was the waffle portion of the chicken and waffles. The waffles were so hard that I honestly can't believe the kitchen sent them out, and I can't believe I actually tried to eat them! I really want to see this place succeed, but they definitely need to work on consistency, especially with both the food and the drinks. There's potential here, but unfortunately, my experiences so far have been more disappointing than enjoyable.

That's like charging $10 for a small shot of Hpnotic, especially without notifying that it is that much of an additional charge. I understand an upcharge, but $10 is absurd for what was a splash of Baileys. It wasn't even 1.5oz brought out in those small plastic communion cups. Upon Google review, "A $10 upcharge for a shot of Baileys Irish Cream in an espresso martini is unusually high. Normal liquor and modifier upcharges at restaurants generally range from $2 to $6. The Modifier Premium: Standard bars charge $2 to $5 to add a splash of liqueur. The Standalone Pour: High-end lounges often lack a dedicated "modifier" button for premium liqueurs in their Point-of-Sale (POS) system. The bartender is forced to ring up a full 1.5 oz to 2 oz pour, which carries a baseline lounge price of $10 to $14."

I had high hopes for this restaurant when I made a reservation for Valentine's Day, but…read moreunfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. While I take full responsibility for arriving 15 minutes late, I was shocked at how rudely the hostess--who we later learned was the manager--handled the situation. Rather than a simple acknowledgment of the delay, or improbability of getting a table, she made a point to shame us, emphasizing that accommodating us would be an extra burden for her. This set an uncomfortable tone from the start. When she begrudgingly seated us at a table that had somehow magically become available, she made another unnecessary comment, implying that I should do my part to not make her job so difficult again. My partner was immediately put off and suggested we leave, but I decided to give the restaurant another chance, assuming the manager might just be having a rough night. Unfortunately, things did not improve. The food, best described as uninspired frozen bar fare from the main Duckworth's kitchen, took over 30 minutes to arrive--and even then, it was served before our drinks. When the drinks finally did arrive, they were nothing exceptional. I ordered a French 75, and my partner had a Paloma, only to realize that even the drinks had come from downstairs at Duckworth's. Given the restaurant's supposed reputation, I was surprised that it didn't have its own bar, unlike how things are set up at The Cellar. The only redeeming aspect of our visit was our waitress, who was pleasant and professional. However, what puzzled us the most was that despite the manager's initial reluctance to seat us, nearly half of the restaurant remained empty throughout the evening. With at least three or four servers working in a relatively small space, it was clear that staffing wasn't the issue--so why the hostility? It was hard not to wonder if other potential diners had been similarly turned off by the manager's deplorable attitude and the underwhelming menu. Overall, the experience left a bad taste in our mouths--both literally and figuratively. Between the lackluster food and drinks, and the uncalled-for attitude from management (she is bald and was wearing a dress on the evening of 2/14/25 at 9:30PM-11PM), I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

We did make reservations for a Monday night, though it wasn't busy at all, so you could probably swing by on a whim should you want to during the week. The place was a bit elusive to find, as you have to look for the '3 dot sign' with a staff member guarding the door, which I'm sure is the intent! Once you enter, you walk down a long, candlelit hall, which sets the speakeasy mood right away. Upon entering, the classic speakeasy vibe hits you! Dim lighting, leather chairs, a beautiful bar stocked to the brim with whiskey, bourbon, scotch, and all the other good things you would expect to find in a place that prides itself on great cocktails. It certainly set the mood and got us ready to have an experience. The mixologists were welcoming and informative. I enjoyed my first drink, which was suggested based on my personal preferences in taste. It was a spin off a classic, and I really enjoyed it. Sort of like a cross of a penicillin and a whiskey sour. [The Never Ending Story]. My friend had the clarified punch since we had similar things we've loved in the past. It was slightly sweet, smooth, and easy to sip. We decided to just get some classics since the cocktail menu felt more like just off shots of other classics we love. They were both excluded well! But the thing that really blew us away was the food! I was really pleased with this portion of our evening! We had the crispy Brussels sprouts, and they were the best BSs I've ever had! I thought we'd take some home, but that did not happen! My friend got the Mushroom Casarecce. It was creamy and delicious! The beef carpaccio was also really nice. Overall, we had a nice night, and it was a fun experience to be had!
